Superhuman is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Always having a clean inbox knowing i didnt miss any emails
What do you dislike about the product?
i want to be able to edit the text like the color and the font.

cleaning up my inbox and having less clutter so that i work better

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing Ui, easy to use, and never thought I'd pay for an email platform. Superhuman changed my mind. The AI is incredibly smart and helps me every day. Also love the iPhone app you can tell they put a lot of time into it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its perfect! I wouldn't change anything about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to help write emails for pushback on potential clients, emails to candidates and keep very organized.
Hesitant at first.... .would be lost without it now!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes getting through emails and focusing on the most important things WHEN YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON THEM... For someone with a million things going on at once, emails flying in left and right, Whatsapp, Telegram, SMS, etc all going off nonstop, being able to simplify and automate my workflows has been a total gamechanger. I actually have referred superhuman to many of my friends and colleagues, ultimately ending up getting my exec team all on. It's fantastic. The team continues to work and work and build really cool new features.... I have had a 10/10 experience and been a user for probably over 2 years now, if not more. Keep crushing it, team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I could even possibly think of right now is the inability to have a unified inbox for multiple Gmail accounts all flowing to one spot, like you can do on Apple Mail, for example. I would also be curious to see what kind of magic could happen if Superhuman was to do some kind of integration with Motion, another really helpful tool that has totally changed up my work flow. These two together would be insane!

Superhuman helps me stay on track and focused on the most important things that I need to, keeping me organized and automating a lot of my work.
Great Platform That Makes Emails Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Great way for me to keep on top of the latest emails and threads. They have an easy to use Terminal like interface and commands to easily access things. Superhuman has helped me keep track of all of my emails and messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's on the slightly pricier end and they didn't introduce an Android app until recently. It's limited to Outlook and Gmail support and I'm hoping they'll support more platforms in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to check and respond to emails and keeping them organized based on categories.

The price point isn't for everyone. If you're not in email for a long time every day, maybe Superhuman isn't for you.

Superhuman has finally helped me solve my email issues
What do you like best about the product?
Once you go through the onboarding, and begin using the keyboard shortcuts, it feels amazing to finally wrangle control of email. I move through things more quickly, able to set reminders so I don't forget follow-up, send emails for later, and so much more. It's really impressive how it has changed my psychology around email. Customer onboarding and support is very helpful, personalized, and very quick response times from humans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't love interacting with my calendar through Superhuman - I always keep Outlook calendar open for calendar management. I also wish there was an executive assistant workflow available.

Superhuman is solving my psychology around email as well as speeding up how I process email.
The ONLY way I will handle email
What do you like best about the product?
It makes everything so easy to organize and track my to do list, including followups. I have an easy time clearing my inbox each day. They're also so incredibly responsive, even for really small things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't even say the price, because $30 for what they provide is cheap, it's just a steep buy in when you don't know what you're missing out on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gmial is a mess - cumbersome, unintuitive, and horrible for organizing. Superhuman gets me through emails quickly while keeping me focused.

keyboard shortcuts, design, ease of getting through email, snippets, introductions with one click, setting up meetings and now seeing calendar

feels expensive as gmail is coming up with these features and new features have been very slow to roll out
