What do you dislike about the product?
Very, very, very limited formatting.
There are only two themes, so it is hard to tell at a glance which account I am using.
Poor use of screen real estate and no control over it.
No way to set reminder on a per recipient basis.

Inbox zero with no excruciating pain
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is perfect for users who need to write a large number of "polite" emails that include contextual answers within a message thread. It features a super clean design and is designed to help declutter your inbox as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only drawback is the price, which is a little expensive. That being said, I find it worth paying for because it saves me time and mental effort every week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It significantly speeds up the execution of common actions, such as snoozing, moving, adding reminders, and replying all, thanks to intensive keyboard use. Additionally, the integration with generative AI for text makes it a perfect companion for writing beautiful and well-crafted messages, reducing communication issues and eliminating noise (e.g., replies from lost colleagues, misunderstandings, etc.).
Beautiful and slick
What do you like best about the product?
It's the same key strokes for every mail client, it keeps it simple and means you only have to learn it once. It helps me focus my inbox quickly to just the things that I have to take action on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely makes things simpler, but if you already have a zero inbox practice the advantages it offers are less. It's a great way to start learning how to triage emails better, but the speed advantage is less important to me because of my current workflow. That doesn't mean I'm going to swtich off their service though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies the experience of triaging email.
An app that saved me time and boosted productivity

Distraction-free experience, filtering out irrelevant emails.
Improved productivity and quicker email responses.
Availability as an Android mobile application.

What do you dislike about the product?
Absence of an Android widget feature.
Reliance on Gmail until the widget is released.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to get back 1 hour of work per day... and solves:
Time wastage in email processing and organization.
Distractions caused by irrelevant emails.
Lack of productivity and slowness in responding to emails.
Time wastage in email processing and organization.
Distractions caused by irrelevant emails.
Lack of productivity and slowness in responding to emails.
Literally life changing experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Without exaggeration, this is honestly a life-changing product. It has made handling email easy to get into a flow-like state and I even get a little joy when I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They've been awesome about releasing wide platform support for Exchange, and Android. There are a few features we would like to see such as easily adding contacts from signature data and support for sending encrypted emails. But these are small things compared with the monumental and rapid feature releases they've been doing lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through emails quickly and efficiently, and scheduling reminders allows me to follow up at the right time if I haven't heard back. Snippits make replying with the same text easy, and ditching my mouse in favor of a keyboard-centric experience makes work in the app fly by.
The best at getting through email quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is designed for those that believe in keeping up with email but also get that it's a small aspect of getting real work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is not as awesome as the desktop one. But I prefer desktop anyway so it works for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman removes context switching which after you understand that concept you get the value. You learn keyboard shortcuts that let you get through email quickly. You have a "remind me later" keystroke that allows you to come back to an email when you are ready to deal with it.
The best email experience on desktop and mobile
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many reasons to love Superhuman here is my top 3: Awesome keyboard shortcuts (far better than Gmail's native ones) to speed through the inbox, the conversational/chat view on mobile makes it much easier to read threads on the go (why has no one else done this!), Search is fantastic and lighnting fast (its the only email app I have chosen to use the search on instead of Gmails).
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I became a customer years ago I have been asking for the ability to create and edit Snippets on mobile, this is a must. I really want to see this happen, I am unsure why it hasn't to be honest. I really want to see feature parity between mobile and desktop, everyone join aim for this in 2023.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary reason I use Superhuman is to save time on email, email takes up a lot of my time (or at least did prior to Superhuman). Features like advanced keyboard shortcuts, snippets and a super fast app help to save so much time. Superhuman AI is still in the early stages but long term I can see this saving a huge amount of time once it improves.
Fastest email client on earth
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about Superhuman optimizes for speed, simplicity, and inbox zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be much better product if it had a full calendar to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching inbox zero everyday is a tough job - Superhuman lets me do that everyday.
Saves you hours per week and makes zero inbox actually achievable!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman saves me a huge amount of time per week. It makes the prospect of zero inbox achieveable and desirable. It also has a clean interface which is a godsend after using Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
The shortcuts can take some getting used to but this isn't a downside at all. The downside is it makes other email apps hard to go back to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Getting me to zero inbox every day
- Helping me sort through emails automatically
- Ensuring I follow up with the right people, every time
- Saving me time every week

One of those rare products (and companies) that continues to exceed expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman gets email right, and have the team to back the product.
- Keyboard navigation everywhere
- Local everything (no delays fetching data from online)
- Works completely offline, great for when network is unavailable and you want to catch up on email
- Absolutely gets email correct
Both the iOS and desktop app have very well-thought UX.

What do you dislike about the product?
- iPadOS version doesn't live up to the other versions (but this is partly on apple for making iPadOS suck lately, I think)
- New AI technologies are pretty useless (attempts to take on your writing style are... amusing at best). Luckily this is not important at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email clients have come and gone. The best ones get bought and shut down, or can't monetise and fade into nothingness. I expected Superhuman to go down some venture capital funding path and end up failing in the same way, but they have so far pulled through, showing they are well grounded and now going anywhere. I am nothing short of thankful for this alone.
Superhuman keeps me sane. I handle the jobs of probably 5 people, and the variety in emails I get shows. I'm somehow able to roughly stay on top of 10-40 emails a day, amongst my other daily development tasks.
