Changed the way I process email forever
What do you like best about the product?
It takes a little re-training, but I cut down my time processing email by probably 80%. I never touch a mouse anymore when in my email client. And on top of streamlining my workflow, it offers really handy features like a fast an easy reminder, instant intro, and new AI features I am still learning. Constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike aside from the concept of paying for email, but honestly if it saves me half an hour per month it more than pays for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can process my email many times faster than before, and easily organize the email I receive so I fit it neatly into my processing flow. The AI features are starting to solve problems I didn't even know I had, like time spent crafting email, refining sensitive or lengthy emails, and more.
Not hyperbole to say this app changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
Gmail and Apple mail are terrible when it comes to specialized features and functions. Especially if you are a 'my inbox is my todo list' sort of person, if you read an email on accident and don't leave it unread, you might miss something critical. Superhuman makes that easy, amongst a wealth of other incredible features. I coudn't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let's be real - it's pretty expensive. At nearly $500 a year, that is about as much as a subscription to Adobe Creative suite. I think the cost really turns off new people, even though now that I'm a die-hard for it, I will happy pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox is my todo list, and Superhuman makes that easy. It's also great as a sales too, because it always reminds me to check in with people.
Superhuman is a GAME CHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman maximizes my time spent each day by allowing me to set reminder, schedule emails, create snippets for emails I frequently send and categorize emails via folders. It really saves me time by clearing my inbox fast. I was surpised at how much I spent reviewing my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think an improvement that Superhuman coudl make would be to categorize my completed emails. It is eady to search for them with the / but it would be helpful to have all communcaitons and items related to a topic or project in one place in my compelted folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the issue that I struggled with the most, which is not a clear inbox, but a done inbox. It's confusing! I would have to leave emails in my inbox even though I had "dealt" with them becuase I either needed to come back to it or it was a reminder for something later on. This would cause me to spend time each day going through my inbox to ensure the ones in there had no aciton items, which takes up too much time.
Beautifully Designed + Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Superhuman is its shortcuts and reminder feature. The shortcuts allow me to quickly filter through my inbox with just my keyboard and the reminder feature allows me to clean my inbox, allowing me to address my important (but not urgent) emails later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one major downside of Superhuman is its inability to converge all of the email accounts into one Superhuman account. Superhuman forces the user to utilize multiple email accounts through instead of having all of the email accounts in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman reduces the amount of time I spend resolving issues and allows me to respond to clients and people faster through their built-in shortcuts and reminder feature. Although other email clients have shortcuts, they are not as well designed as Superhuman.
Making emails great again!
What do you like best about the product?
Wow, where do I begin? Honestly everything...from how much it makes me actually look forward to emailing right up to how much better my emails have become?!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would definitely like to know that the way the format appears for me, is how a non-Superhuman user would also view it. Essentially, I don't want the format to be affected but I know it can happen. Also, the lack of color options for fonts - could be better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me effectively respond to emails and definitely motivates me to want to respond and take control of my inbox = brings me extreme joy from a productivity standpoint!
Worth the investment - biggest time saver ever
What do you like best about the product?
It really delivers. I can breeze through emails so much faster with their platform. I love the design, really stands out amongst other email platforms and allows me to hyperfocus on tasks at hand. Worth every penny! I also love the ability to see how often people have opened my email so it gives me a hunch when to follow up and how. This feature has been critical when it comes to working with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monthly pricing is high but its justifiable considering how much time I save!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to hyperfocus and breeze through my emails. Time is of tremendous value especially on a Monday morning when you open up your inbox.
Significant improvement compared to Outlook. Makes email enjoyable.
What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts are particularly helpful. The slickness of the UI is a standout feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of calendar integration with Outlook. Currently I need to also have my outlook app open for calendering. I'd also love quick scheduling abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triaging my inbox and replying more quickly to emails. The segregated folders are helpful and the snippets are fantastic.
Better than I imagined (and I'm a former Product Manager)
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has done a great job threading the needle between automatic and personalized. They made great choices with ample and intuitive hotkeys and auto actions, with the right amount of personalization (Snippets are one of my favorite features, I use it for links, responses, and when I need to send a million cold emails with approximately the same content, but with a dash of personalization). They did the work on customer discovery and the product really hits my needs for an inbox

What do you dislike about the product?
My only real dislike is the learning curve on hotkeys, but the team did a great job walking through it at the start. I would love additional "trainings" on how to make the most of the platform - now that I'm more fluent in the workflow overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup CEO - I get a ton of emails. Some of them are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and some I need to discard immediately. I need to manage timelines on replies, keep track of threads, and quickly clear non-critical content.
Super email with Superhuman
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, intuitive, simple, easy. Does what it says on the box
What do you dislike about the product?
Gmail is so well integrated into Google Workspaces - it would be awesome if SUperhuman had slightly better support for viewing attachments etc (it's not terrible, just not as seamless as Google)

Time saving. Like I said, does what I need with no superfluity
