Masterpiece app

What do you like best about the product?
It's super fast, has great keyboard shortcuts, and beautiful pictures. And the mobile app is just as good!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the only concern is price, but I have accepted it and it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing e-mail becomes a positive experience. And I spend less time on this traditionally mundane task.

What do you like best about the product?
How fast everything is and how much they are continuously interesting the platform. they are super responsive and addicted to making the best customer experience there is/
What do you dislike about the product?
there have been bugs that still have not been fixed in the past few months. they are very kind and responsive but still working through some start up phases over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the pace in which i am able to work through emails, the automations and template features and the ability to manage my inbox and remove the clutter has been most helpful

Fast, reliable email with AI tools

What do you like best about the product?
I work in sales consulting, I basically live out of my inbox and have found that Superhuman has made a huge difference to me in my job.

The speed at which I can triage my inbox is exceptional. All the features work the way they are meant to in a way I haven't found in competitor products, for example the reminders on emails.

The AI is well integrated and works well, I think any professional knows they aren't going to be replaced by ChatGPT any time soon but it can help a lot and Superhuman really helps with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much, if they could add group inboxes for multiple accounts in one inbox that would be great.

The only other obvious negative is the price, but I feel like the ROI on the subscription is pretty high for someone in my sort of role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me to manage my inbox efficently. I can move very quickly through my inbox and archive, action, or set a reminder to deal with my emails very quickly and that massively reduces the time spent in my inbox as well as my mental load.

Great software that has sped up my ability to send and sort emails

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of great shortcut keys that increase productivity. They send quick-to-read emails periodically with information that helps me learn new shortcut keys.

Emails that have been responded to but are not done can be sorted to review at a later time. This allows me to focus on emails that need my immediate attention. It makes my email inbox feel much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, but I get annoyed when working on an email draft. When I click anywhere near the top, it pops the draft out of the email chain I want it to stay linked to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my email inbox more manageable and less overwhelming, allowing me to focus on what needs to get done. It has sped up my productivity and decreased the time it takes to send emails.

Massive Level-Up in Email Productivity

What do you like best about the product?
As someone with an extremely high volume of important emails that do need to actually be read/responded to/followed up on, Inbox zero was just virtually unattainable for me. I have tried literally every mail client you can possibly imagine, even really obscure things, desperately looking for a better solution. I cleared out 70,000+ emails over a period of 3 days (don't judge me, lol) and yes, a ton just got archived, but a ton got processed appropriately, too, because Superhuman builds in triage tools. Their split inboxes (similar to rules, but frankly, smarter) and fast searching functionality make short work of an out-of-control Inbox. Before I had to pay for services like Mailstrom or Clean Email to be able to triage like that, but now it is constantly available. However, I am finding it stunningly easy to keep my inbox pretty dang clean - I've zeroed my inbox nearly every day this week, and I'm not joking when I say that used to be my once-a-year Christmas gift to myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendaring function is currently pretty basic for anyone that works a lot with teams and schedules a lot of both internal and external meetings. The lack of any kind of scheduling assistant for anyone whose company uses Microsoft/Outlook as their standard is extremely hard to leave behind when switching to Superhuman. I find I'm still having to open Outlook frequently to deal with co-worker calendars/scheduling efficiently, but hate leaving the beautiful Superhuman UI to have to do that! It would be great if it could work with shared calendars in Microsoft and take on the Outlook Scheduling Assistant - I bet Superhuman could make amazing UI improvements there, too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software engineering manager at the corporate level, I get a high volume of emails that MUST be processed daily - generally over 100 per day, sometimes more like 200, in addition to getting bombarded with chats and spending a great deal of time in meetings. Email is something I can typically only get to a couple of times a day, and the build-up can be overwhelming. Superhuman makes it SHOCKINGLY fast to triage email of that quantity.

The cure to all my email woes

What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts let me plow through my email at the speed of thought! It's a total game-changer. I have multiple titles, manage a small team, and serve multiple internal customers, so it's essential for me to accurately process every message I receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the standalone desktop app was slowing down my very basic computer, but it's not a problem; I use the web version of Superhuman instead. It's identical, as far as I can tell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I file emails meticulously in Outlook, and I missed Gmail's keyboard shortcuts. As a bonus, Superhuman is even faster than Gmail!

I also needed an app that would help sort/surface incoming emails. I never miss new emails now.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive email client - easily used mainly on desktop, able to complete tasks and prioritize my email work very efficiently throughout the day. able to control the flow of the emails and to split them to different focus views
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to view content of email is lacking specifically when viewing email with reach content like mjml /html. the mobile experience is not good! working with multiple emails account is not easily switch and there isn't a consolidate views. not able to create smart filtering that will work on the client directly. need to switch between gmail to superhuman to make that work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically enables me to delay responses and prioritize my email work very easily without the feeling of forgetting anything along the way. made me capable of removing noise very fast when I don't need it.

What do you like best about the product?
In one month I went from hating email to making emails the highlight of my day, and the secret key to my customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
$30/mo is pricey - and I understand that CEOs can easily pay for it, but I personally don't run a large business, and also live in a place where wages are not that high, but .... I must say... even in my situation... after reall feeling the difference.... it's worth it 🙈 Just don't tell my wife 😆 And it would still be lovely to have localized pricing, for places that don't earn as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so much faster to manage email in superhuman than regular email apps. Also with the split inbox function I finally figured out what categories are my emails fall into, and created the perfect separation for myself. And it barely took me any extra time.

What do you like best about the product?
That it condesnses everything from several emails, into a single email. It's easier to find and quicker to get through my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure actually - I guess, if I had to say something, I wish it knew what I was going to write before I wrote it - similar to the option on gmail.
