Elevating Email Management to Superhuman Levels!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user of Superhuman for a couple of years. It is one of my favorite applications to use because I can finally get through my inbox in a fast and efficient way. I feel like Harry Potter flying through my inbox with the greatest of ease without a mouse! I love Superhuman because of the customer support, the easy-to-remember short keys, and the pure speed I get from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app is so confusing to use. I hope this part of the platform becomes just as intuitive as the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish that I could afford Superhuman for all of my inboxes because my personal one needs some magic.
Simplicity is key
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. I can quickly accomplish what I need to do, triage my emails, find what I need, and send new messages with ease. I also trust the reliabilty of Superhuman and the team behind the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Superhuman offered more capability around notifications. For example, there have been times where I send a message and want to be notified the second that that recipient responds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time.
Amazing email efficiency tool
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman enables me to have a clean inbox and to be super agile with templates. Most of my common tasks are achievable with a couple of keystrokes or taps on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that for users (like myself) who keep everything in their Outlook Inbox, it separates the completed emails into an archive box and the incomplete ones in the old inbox. This makes me have to often search for messages in two places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the ability to treat emails like action items (scheduling them to come back later), and enables me to build super-effective "snippets" which are basically templates that address my most common tasks - like scheduling meetings, prepping candidates for interviews, etc.
There's no going back after Superhuman!
What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard shortcuts are amazing, once you learn how to use them. And their system of teaching you how to "triage" your email is awesome. Getting to "inbox zero" is now a daily game I love playing, and I have never felt so on top of my email life. There's no going back from Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with the keyboard shortcuts, but it's 110% worth it. It's a new system of thinking when it comes to email, so of course it takes a bit of an adjustment. They make it easy by offering you a one-on-one session to learn how to take advantage of all Superhuman has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving the problem of too many emails flying at us all the time. It's so easy for the important things to get lost in the noise. But when you learn how to triage everything -- marking as done, or putting a reminder on it -- you cannot help but ask why you never managed email like this all along!
Worth the cost
What do you like best about the product?
Speed, snippets (templates), reminder system, calendar integration, read receipts.
Overall, I think it's the speed at which you can do everything once you are familiar with the keystrokes and how to leverage the most powerful tools.
Also the team is responsive to new ideas and does seem dedicated to improving the product constantly.

Only downside is the cost, but I think it's worth it if you use email a lot for business.

Helping me get through my inbox faster and more effectively, and prioritize my work.
Best Mailing Client
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredible how Superhuman have changed my workflow. It is super fast, easy, and so productive at the end. For me, the best feature is the possibility to postpone mails to the date I need to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much suggestions to make, it's almost perfect. Maybe it would be great to have the chance to choose your own background image, even though I love to discover new images everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that superhuman is solving is related to the amount of time I spend replying e-mails. Now it takes me a lot less to do my work, and I have more time to spend in more important tasks

Speed to triage - I can quickly split out, skim, and archive most of the fluff

group by sender would be convenient, to minimize context switching

Superhuman really changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
It provides the best email experience I have ever had. It filters out all the noise allowing me to focus on the most important items I need to handle. It also allows you to split your inbox making sure you don't miss anyone important (e.g VIP inbox)
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar is really lacking. I still use my old email client for handling my calendar. It doesn't have an Android app and some advanced editing capabilities are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overflow of emails
Superhuman has literally saved me hours per week.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman gets rid of the clutter in gmail, puts me into a structured workflow, and enables me to rip through my emails quickly without stress.
I've never tried competitors, but I am 100% a fan of Superhuman.
Reviewing my email is less stressful now as I can quickly mark as done or set a later reminder. I get through it in HALF the time easily. This is the only time I've been able to sustain Inbox Zero.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is the calendar usage is a bit wonky. It's hard to move things around in your calendar. You can still book meetings with Superhuman, but adjusted and rescheduling doesn't seem to be an ooption or I haven't figured it out yet. I have my calendar in a separate tab.

Saves me time on my email and reduces stress.
Superpowers for email
What do you like best about the product?
I was skeptical at first about paying for an email client, but it is single-handedly become the most powerful tool I rely up on for business. The automation & split inboxes have been things only been able to acheive with other email providers and significant customisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is the most significant friction point. It's worth it for me, but I can see how it's a limiting factor for others.
