SPSS, A statistical journey
What do you like best about the product?
SPSS helps solving real life problems. Love to sample data in SPSS

Power BI is bigger. It has more features and is more user friendly

SPSS helps solving big data problems which eventually helps make business decisions

Descriptive analysis, Analysis of Varience, t test.

Nothing, in the SPSS for dislike but i think SPSS become more friendly if College or university teach SPSS in undergraduation paper

Convenience of looking insights for decision making at your finger tips
What do you like best about the product?
IBM SPSS is one of the most convenient, flexible and versatile packages available today, It offers multiple windows views particularly- for data input, defining and controlling characteristics of data, syntax and output of results. The dropdown menu for various commands and computation is very logically sequenced so as to be used by a beginner to the professional statistician. It also offers connecting links to seek deep specific methodologies of computation and testify. The package provides tabulated numerical results and decent graphics. Connection with another platform like python is also easy. Add-ons applications like Modeler and Amos are extremely useful for advanced users. Numerous utilities in it makes SPSS is an all-rounder and must have like “Swiss Army Knife”.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visualization techniques need improvements. Largely, data, variable window and even output tables appear somewhat old-fashioned. Zoom-in and Zoom-out facilities should be added for large tables, graphs and data view. Confusion Matrix is one of the important element missing in output. The facility of testing “Alpha” and “Beta” simultaneously is desirable, along with appropriate visual probability distributions and threshold parameters.
Calculated output tables do not provide any details or relevant information about a particular head or value assigned after calculation, with the applicable assumption for convenience. I personally find mathematical computation difficult for algebraic expression in computing window. Some interactive visualization methods should be added.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SPSS is helping in Demand estimation and Sales forecasting on the basis of previous records, which is eventually critical for decision making. Most of the time, analytical decisions are based on SPSS output and estimated values, unanimously. Sometimes it also helps in report writing. For me, it is Psychological as well as rational satisfaction.
Simple steps and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Transforming and computing syntax command line, simple steps in GLM modelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uniform test or normality test has several steps such as KS and multiinterpretation to nonparametric KS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM SPSS is suitable for social science experiments based questionnaire, but was not optimized for lifescience experiment such as material science data modelling, chemistry and physics.

How user-friendly it is. This was my first time utilising the software and did not have much or any issue at all figuring out how it works. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit outdated and not as smart as other statistics programs in my opinion.

It helped me easily and efficiently analyse all the data for my thesis.
Best Data Analysis Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and simple to enter data and do analysis by clicking an option. The output is also very organized in the required format. Help is also very interesting especially case studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it hangs and does not work properly, but all is fixed after restarting the software and loading the file again. Also the graphics are not much appealing as compared to the others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic analysis like descriptive statistics, graphs, charts, t,z, chi tests, etc; as well as advanced multivariate analysis, for instance, EFA, CFA, Regression models, Nueal Network, Discriminant analysis, cluster analysis, SEM, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Statistical Computing Software is really user-friendly and easy-to-use software for all types of basic and advance statistical methods, I like the simplicity of the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface should be modern and minimalist so that the analyst can easily focus on the analysis and avoid other distractions for the data for analysis of work.

Using the analysis of academic research, clinical trials, and large-scale databases, SPSS is helpful in many ways. At a personal level, there are numerous benefits of this software.
IBM SPSS Statistics- Making analysis easy
What do you like best about the product?
The IBM SPSS Statistics tool is one of the best tools that I've used for the analysis of my research data. It makes the analysis very easy and less time-consuming by easy processing of data sets and improving the output.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is a very useful tool, but a little too complex when it comes to the analysis of data sets having non-numeric data, there's a lot of data cleansing required before the analysis starts. The interface can be improved to enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although the tool is very similar to Excel, it makes the analysis much faster, easier and more accurate when compared to Microsoft Excel which helps in better output and user experience.
Complex to use but solid
What do you like best about the product?
Can perform most levels of analysis. Works with large datasets and imputed datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quarky. It can be hard to find what you need if you are unfamiliar with the menus.
