to be honest i started my journey with SAS but it got so cumbersome very quickly. SPSS is a bresth of fresh air in terms of use.

some of the ANOVA functions are not intutive

User friendly. Used it for my 90/10 project at work and helped a lot in statistics.

User experience is not as good as I hoped i would expect improvements there.

The Programm has a long history, being on the market for a rather longtime by now. But is it old fashioned? No, it is still an interesting choice for all kinds of statistical problems and has steady been develeoped.

Sometimes the UI is not intuitive and one can realize it has a long history.

What do you like best about the product?
I have good experiences using SPSS for advanced analysis. The tool simplifies several statistical concepts that are difficult to apply without specific software.

I find the licensing model limiting. If it were by acquisition the company could better dissimulate the use among employees

clustering and analysis of similiarity. Very good for easily finding correlations

Ease of use and visualization... much better than competing products

I dislike some of the lack of flexibility when compared to other tools like SAS or R.

What do you like best about the product?
SPSS has being a great platform for statistics and prediction for the last years. It has a great number o functions and analysis that helps a lot to the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion it still requires some math and statistics skills so we can get the best for this platform. I believe that some features could be more intuitive ant automatic, so non skilled professionals can take advantage of it.
