Runner that keeps running faster

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of things that are measured and that there are tutorials about what are you seeing.
Setting up integrations is rather easy and gives some sense of what is going on.
I'm not using it regularly but manage to find very quickly what I want when I'm there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes as and admin I want to see technical errors rather than "Error" when I'm adding integration.
Cant save filters and share them with others ( app seems to be very "closed" api-wise).
There is assumption that user adding the jira integration is same as the one flow should log as.
Requested a change to support and they did not went back to me with feedback or any ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring people work across various teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me data that allows me to teach my team members and help them grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could get more information about repositories in general not just about people's interactions with them. I would like to be able to see things like churn and other things based on specific repositoies rather than teams necessarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to see how people are working in our repositories and how I can guide them and mentor them.

flow provides mainly visibility of our team and tickets worked and their progress to make it easy for all to track and solve the tickets for all operational purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
am not able to see my tickets list worked integrated to Jira and its showing only count . Better to show self ticekts as list and if click it should to go Jira ticket link to check the progress of it .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking of tickets and % of work completion and it is benefiting to teams visibity from the company and cross functional teams can be checked per technology wise
