What do you like best about the product?
easiness of use of the website, and intuitiveness
What do you dislike about the product?
that is it slow, and that you cant duplicate multiples
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone has access to forms and is able to sign them on here
This is my first experience with an externally maintained eTMF. Provides an adequate solution
What do you like best about the product?
Able to bulk download; able to see the count of documents in a folder to confirm you are heading to the right place; can easily navigate up a folder level
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful to have a "document type" column or "document date" column to provide more details on the document apart from the title and ensure you are viewing the correct document
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FLorence eBinders provides a small biotech with an off-the-shelf option for maintaining all regulatory items in one space

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, especially for dealing with multiple studies. Ability to sort binders for remote visits and to give partial access to monitors is beyond outstanding in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think there is anything missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Florance is great at helping us with Research. We are benefiting due to its ease of use and efficiency in getting items signed as soon as possible to get paid.
I'd only change a few things

It's simple to use and works well to keep everything in one place

That I cannot delete folders or specific versions

No need to have a paper binder that keeps growing and growing
Easy to use, time-saving platform enabling remote monitoring of our portfolio of trials.
What do you like best about the product?
All the inbuilt functionality of the platform and its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its inability to email documents uploaded directly from the platform without the need of downloading the document initially (and saving it locally).

Allows for remote monitoring and execution of e-signatures with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The first reason I would recommend Florence over any other eBinders is the ease of use. The development team has worked hard to make it intuitive and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any cons for Florence. there is everything we need.

We are using it for our decentralized trials, and Florence eBinder is essential

Stop considering and get Florence
I find Florence extremely helpful and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Adding all information electronically in a organized manner rather than having paper documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the DOA eLog cannot all be seen on one screen and the scroll bar is all the way at the bottom of the screen.

Less paper usage and monitors being able to review the files remotely.
No more papercuts or looking for binders
What do you like best about the product?
Filing is so much easier now; I don't have to leave my desk, and dragging straight from email makes it so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were faster to get to my binders. I would design a landing page with links to favorite binders and current projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting doctors to sign documents, sign correctly, and with the correct date. Used to take DAYS to get a signature and it could be unpleasant to hound a physician for one.
Okay, But Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Florence makes it easy to access the most recent versions of essential clinical trial documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is easy to access documents, to fully view and work with the documents, they must be downloaded as a PDF or Word file and viewed in the relevant Microsoft Office application. It would be great if there were a way to go to a full-screen view and rapidly move between pages, the way Adobe Reader allows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transitioned from Microsoft SharePoint to Florence and realized immediate improvements in file access, document audit trails, and security. The way documents are acknowledged as read is much improved.
Most useful tool for remote sites
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use; able to remotely access site documents while remaining FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant; CRAs don't have to stay on-site as long since they remotely access the ISF.
What do you dislike about the product?
To move documents or folders within a binder, you have to go through the entire tree rather than starting from the folder you're working in. It would be nice to click "Move" and have it start in the folder you're working with, then you can back out as far as you need to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a network of sites and a centralized regulatory team. We are able to operate seamlessly as if we were in the same office and maintain great organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth it, especially if you create an organized template from the beginning.
