What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop option, being able to run reports off placeholders, the dashboard feature, the global view
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you have to click through folder structures when moving/duplicating a document or filling a shortcut with a florence document. It would be much easier if there was a search function or some way around clicking thorough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being compliant for our clinical trials. Knowing what documents we expect to see filed. Being able to activate sites quicker with the use of tags and the dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work early and often with your implementation team to describe your needs and wants

The platform overall is user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding text to documents is limited in formatting options. Downloading signed documents is tedious. Due to the volume of trials we have, it would be nice if there were a "search" function so we didn't have to click through each file individually to get to our desired box. Same thing with dropping documents and requesting signatures - the multi-document feature is handy, but it still involves lots of clicks before we can actually get to the documents we want to select. I think it would be more helpful if we could filter by "time modified" or something along those lines, that way all the recent documents we dropped would show up, and we could just click on those all at once to get them over to the one responsible for signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems other than what was noted in the dislike box. Benefits are the ability to get signatures from providers no matter where they are. We absolutely need an app though - it would be great for providers to easily sign from their phones and the e-signatures on the browsers end up ruining the documents because of the small screens and slow response times.

Organization of documents via site binders, ability to create expiration dates and send signature srequests
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of clicking to navigate. The relocation of documents could be improved by changing the way that they are relocated. I would love to have the ability to move more than one at a time.

To have all documents up to date and organized for future audits

This system is pretty easy to use. That makes my job easy

Sometimes the system is slow to upload documents

Binders are easy to create and upload documents fast and accurately. Easy to find what you are looking for each day.
Florence makes things much more seamless.

For what I do in my role I appreciated the expirations of documents and being able to run reports. Also e-signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing documents is difficult in Florence so we still have to keep duplicate documents in another place. Editing documents in word or adobe is much easier.

Staying up to date on training and tracking documents

What do you like best about the product?
It has made working at my job easier to receive signatures and store essential documents. I would recommend this application to all employers.

There is nothing that I dislike about Florence. The application is easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped ease obtaining signatures from our providers, so they no longer have to sign in wet ink. This process has also helped our organization save paper.

The ability to assign specific areas to sign in documents or elogs.

eSignature feature is outstanding and has improved user workflows quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Role configurations. If additional role configurations are made to an existing role, they should automatically apply to all binders and individuals that have been assigned that role previously. Also, the download function creates additional steps. Ideally, users should be able to view and print from the document viewer screen. I know Florence is working to improve this feature.
I hope Florence continues to invest and support the new middleware changes to integrate with other systems. It was helpful when sites had the capability to support corrections on our own and escalate when necessary.

The TIME SAVINGS and improved efficiencies in day to day workflows! The ROI was evident within our first month!
