Florence increases efficiencies and decreases regulatory burden
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface makes it easy to use and requires very little training for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more communication between other technology providers for sharing and sending documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Florence has improved our regulatory compliance and decrease site burden.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in Florence to date is a plus for our site. Organization of the binder structure. Ability to update the structure to meet the needs of the areas we manage
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see longer log in time. Clicking to add shortcuts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limiting the use of paper documents. Ability to review the audit trail. Utilizing remotely and now on the go on phone app

There are a lot of options to customize for the institution wants, and new integrations on the horizon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes forget how to navigate to things in the folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moved our regulatory files out of network drives and into a more accessible location. Makes monitoring visits easier.
Easy to transition to
What do you like best about the product?
Florence eBinders is very intuitive with little outside support for users. It is customizable on the template level as well as the binder and folder levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Roles and permissions are very cumbersome. It would be great to have more central roles that you assign a person to and provide that role permission to the exact binder or folder they should have those accesses to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides consistency and clearly outlines expectations of staff to maintain regulatory files.

It appears all encompassing and will be an asset.

I have not had the ability to use it and would consider it.

That it logs me out after x number of minutes due to inactivity.

It is great to get rid of paper Binders, that is the biggest reason we moved to eBinders. Also remote monitoring option is the next best feature.

some limitations in the forms and document templates

All in one experience
What do you like best about the product?
Florence E-binder gives a seamless approach to keeping organized, prioritized, and ready for the study. My clinical staff appreciate the ease of the product adoption and how user friendly the product is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of Florence EBinder is when you need to keep up with the log ins and get past our firewall. Luckily our IT was able to fix this.

eBinder is helping us still organized and communicate effectively between departments on ports t documents such as regulatory.
