Florence has a great search function within folders
What do you like best about the product?
As a reviewer of entered information put into Florence, the search button makes things easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My issues seem to be more user problems with how things are entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables monitors and auditors to review data remotely.
The best way to keep your regulatory organized and complete.
What do you like best about the product?
Florence makes filing, storing and organizing binders simple. The global search option allows documents to be found quickly. With a large staff, the multi-signer updates have been a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish documents could be short cut to multiple locations at that some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Florence has given us the ability to work from anywhere when needed. We have a large staff so sending a paper training log around is cumbersome. With Florence we are able to request signatures once and the document can be signed whenever the staff is available.
Easy platform to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Studies properly arranged and very easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform could be more colourful rather than the traditional black and white background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to multiple documents and signing forms/signatures on Florence has been significant.
The Love For Florence
What do you like best about the product?
I love Florence because its a paperless website. We no longer have to keep up with paper documents. My favorite function is the global view function that will give me summary of the documents within the binder.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes :) I love Florence and will be sure to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless. Many companies are now switching to and within our industry its nice to have an eBinder
Very user-friendly and well thought out software
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and easy to use it is, for the most part. Also the customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very specific parts, for instance, how to navigate within a wide and/or long log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking training more easily, being able to create log templates that can be used for different studies, and more.
Florence for research users
What do you like best about the product?
Florence makes collecting and organizing confidential source documents a breeze. I love the many ways I am able to upload documents into Florence: scanning into emails and importing from email, printing to the E-Binder Printer, and dragging and dropping files. I also love how easy it is to set up folders and organize the documents. Other great features are: the ability to redact information, highlight, timestamp and add text to a document while retaining the original. I like how easy it is to delete a document or move the document if erroneously put in wrong folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the short amount of idle time-out period that the application allows. It would be nice if the time were longer, so I wouldn't have to log in so often.

Florence eBinders help keep all of our important source documents available and organized in one place so outside vendors can access what we allow them to access in a confidential manner.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
How organized it all is, being able to rename documents, versions of documents all in one place

Loading time takes a long while sometimes

Organization, giving access to CRAs

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to bulk upload documents. We used a system that required me to upload each document individually. It was time-consuming to upload and e-sign every document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of moving documents to other folders could be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage the regulatory documents from one site. Previously, I had to travel to other offices to review paper regulatory in binders. It appears to have may options that I haven't utilized yet.
Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go to any binder and find a category that I can find. The ease of access to find anything. If you can't find what you are looking for. You can type in the name in the search bar, and it will pop up.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you find something you need, you can print from it instead of downloading it and then printing the page. It would be nice to have a print option on the drop-down list. It would make things a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is where we keep our regulatory papers. I like the ease of having them all in one place. Not in a paper binder that can get lost or torn. I like that I can put all correspondence in the binder
User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Documents are very organized and very easy to find. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate through the portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the site does seem to run slow. Additionally, the accepted file types do hinder productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for monitors to come on-site. With Florence, monitors are able to work remotely.
