Ease of learning and teaching ; made remote work possible.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to move documents between folders and find and filter functions is very useful. Requesting signatures electronically, sending reminders and getting email confirmation when signed are some of the best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to search within binders from the main page is missing. Report function to find documents that are pending signatures sent by an individual will be a great help and currently it is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having documents remotely available to sponsors and CRAs make remote work possible. Having a centralized location for all study documents and ability to provide remote access to monitors makes it a great tool.
Concise site but time demanding
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is one site that contains all relevant files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes for the documents to download makes it hard to work productively. The amount of clicking it takes to get to the required folder is also time demanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one site that allows documents to be uploaded and viewed between multiple departments that do not work in person together.

It offers a solution to have all of our documents in one place - super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder navigation is a bit cumbersome - especially when trying to move documents from one place to another - definitely helpful that the folder in question is noted in blue, but perhaps having a list of the folders on the left would save a few clicks?
Also, I'm usually on Florence for an extended period of time and it interrupts my workflow when the system kicks me out due to "inactivity". I understand having this in place for security purposes, but perhaps having a few more minutes before it kicks me out and I have to log in again?

Having hard copies of all study documents - huge time saver
New User as a Site to Florence
What do you like best about the product?
The Global View feature in Florence is very helpful in seeing all folders in the e binders. Transitioning from physical binders to e-binders, this feature helps with Viewing all tabs at once to know what better location to look and file certain documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if Florence could alert the site user if a document has not been signed yet after a specific time has gone by since it was sent to another user. Ex. I am a site user, and the sponsor sent the DOA to collect signatures. I am not alerted of individuals not signing the document until I look into the specific folder to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the conference, it was exciting to hear that Florence will be creating a phone application that will enable users to access and sign documents using Face ID or secure login. It will benefit our study as it will help get needed signatures and documents reviewed.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about eBinders is that it makes it easier for our site to keep up with a large amount of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Florence can be confusing at times. It could be easier to manage when it comes to moving documents from one folder to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Florence makes it easier for monitors and other individuals outside of our site to review documents rather than reviewing them in physical documents. It also really saves a lot of time for site staff.

E-logs format. It remains a challenge for our end users.

- Have to manually request individual signatures for training logs and delegation of authority logs
- Wish we can set a "group" within study specific folders to mass request signature per DOA log

I think that the Florence solution is intuitive, sites seem to like it, there is a lot of potential to enhance overall functionality to serve as a super connector and enhance adoption of espurce

Still a point solution, and does not easily connect to all aspects of trial workflow

I enjoy the ability to review uploaded documents audit trail and that the site is able to use their own naming convention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to enlarge documents to view is a bit cumbersome and could use a pop out feature.

It is a great tool to use when remote monitoring.

I love the flexibility and adaptability of Florence Healthcare platform. It truly makes my life so much easier as a coordinator

Honestly I have not had any qualms with it, it is easy to use, helpful and fast

Getting staff signatures quicker, housing all my my documents needed and just making regulatory piece easy for sites
