Excellent to work with and great support when needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to set up Regulatory files just like we would in paper format. Easy import. Easy send out for signatures and fully compliant.

What do you dislike about the product?
Needs better communication format for directions or comments needed for signatures. Perhaps a sticky tag or click on the link rather than a button.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving of time is most important. It is an efficient system that allows our site to work in the regulatory environment while saving time and effort. Quicker document handling and version tracking.
Fast implementation and quick system to start using!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature to me is the organization of the files. The template structure ensures you have all your documents at your fingertips! Fast and smooth access to all of the study files and admin documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a tough one because I love so much about the system. I would like to be able to capture a deleted file from the audit trail to re-establish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many solutions! It helps me get a site organized and away from paper documents. It speeds up the study review process and sign offs are a breeze with the signature process!
It saves sites money on storage by storing everything electronically.
Training is very quick at sites and I am able to get users started in the software really quick.

At least it's a reliable backup storage
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it provides a backup to wet copies of documents. If you lose a paper at least it has been uploaded to Florence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Florence has a tendency to crash a fair bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a storage and space problem.

Helpful and user friendly. I like how this survey requires a minimum amt. of characters to be valid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that in order to complete this survey, that there is a minimum character limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not solving any problems with Florence ebinders - we had an ebinders prior, and it worked just fine. The only benefit we have seen in the ability to obtain electronic signatures - that has been beneficial during the pandemic.

Iccan't think of anything I dislike everything is great

moving data and regulatory research documents online...it's easily accessible and easier to store and file

What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty intuitive system. It's easy to modify for individual needs. It creates clear audit trails. You can easily access the system via browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have not noted any pain points. But I have heard from others that the Task and Logs do not operate quite the way folks would like them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like that everything is electronic. Not having to deal with paper is great. It also allows remote access for monitor, which has been helpful during the pandemic.

I think it works really well.
From Binders to Balance
What do you like best about the product?
We were using so many platforms. Having Florence take the place of so many of our platforms saves so much time. It has allowed us to have much more balance between working on other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 15 min timeout. Being in Regulatory, we are always jumping around to different screens. The to log back in all day long is a nuisance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to search so many platforms. We can easily find information in Florence.

easy to add new folders, and move things around if needed
What do you dislike about the product?
It wont allow you to delete more than one folder at a time TOO MANY CLICKS to just move a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization of patients charts and it is easy to view the document for people. I think one thing i like the move is the aduit trial and how it adds new verison to keep people updated that changes were made.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easier to delete a folder, or being able to add multiple folders are once. easier way to upload through ebinders printer takes more time then using the webiste

Everything is in an easy-to-use format. I like that.

I have not found a downside as of yet. I will let you know when I find something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Florence to house all the correspondence with the monitor and find it easy to see when we have our meeting.
