Great for ancillary dept interaction

  • December 20, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Helps get things done when face to face interaction is not an option. It makes coordination for clinical trials run much smoother when one of multiple doctors can sign instantaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downloading process was a little bit irritating at first but that has since been fixed and I cant really think of anything system related that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance really is the main problem solved with this system

Florence-Making teamwork as easy as possible

  • December 20, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Florence is great! Working at a large cancer center, we have so many departments I sometimes lose track of who's who. Clinical trials are quite complex as setting them up to closing them requires hundreds of different people in numerous steps of the way. Florence makes it easy for everyone by allowing a great storage solution. Having all the documents related to each trial in one place allows anyone accessing Florence to get to what they need quickly. The customization and easily editable folders allow for quick personalization and is truly useful to me as I look for certain regulatory items regarding each trial. I would recommend Florence to anyone needing an organized space that would be shared by all levels of employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Florence in particular. I believe this is how our team set the folders up, but a more accurate way of searching for trial numbers would be nice. Sometimes I am looking for a specific trial, but pull a record from an incorrect one as it has some document with the same number involved in some area. I would add a couple items in the future though: a way to easily bookmark certain pages/folders, a way to message or request who uploaded a document or created a folder to add a missing item, and I'm not sure if this is on their end, but allow to go back a page more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Florence has improved communication and the efficiency of multiple departments with time-savings through utilizing this shared space. Clinical trials have dozens of documents related to contracts, communications, regulatory items, amendments to items, etc. Allowing a whole network of people to search through these documents quickly and effectively is great, especially since remote work became so huge.

Is user friendly and secure

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to have signatures also the continuing versions able to be uploaded
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime the most current ICF's or protocols are not there and when you are going to upload to a specific place it is not named in the same manner as all the other trials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting the appropriate people know what is missing or named incorrectly. The team is very responsive when they are updated with the information.

What do you like best about the product?
Great user-friendly platform that is easy to learn how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger files don't always load properley.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me easily view subject data and allow me to quickly navigate to different binders without multiple logins.

Almost perfect cloud system for not only clinical trials, for me also for schools and business.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the searching tool, the way we can update the documents, adding annotates (highlights, redacting, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The folder system is a bit bugged and binders don't show index as the windows system does. It's challenging browsing between the folders, files, and documents. Maybe we could switch between documents in the same folders by using a directional pad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The remote control is the strongest thing I have with Florence eBinder.

University Monitor's Perspective

  • December 18, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Part 11 Compliance is key to the success of many of our PI initiated studies. The ability to sign logs, trainings, etc. within Florence is wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although necessary, the training to use Florence is sometimes a burden for study teams when a team member is not regularly involved in study procedures (PRN nurse, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving DOA and Training Log issues. The ability to compete remotely, have an audit trail, send e-mail reminders to complete, etc. is key to the success of our studies and for our teams who have limited resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filing documents. The feature that allows users to file multiple versions of one document in the same file
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be made better if we could file multiple documents at one time and then classify and assign documents to specific folders later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to consolidate and keep better control of all clinical trial documents. Additionally remote monitoring of binders is convenient

What do you like best about the product?
Minimalism aspect. Is armonic to see in our daily usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
laggy for uploading and downloading stuff. It would be great if this could have AI experience for users around. That it could be more user friendly and intuitive. It could have some comments in the files by CRA an other Sponsor stuff
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: nothing has resolved but it makes a great backup of the data that is created in the protocols.

Benefits: I havent seen any benefits but is a requieriment ahead

What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime I leave a folder, I am move to the top of the previous page, rather than at the section where I was browsing, which leads me to have to scroll more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decrease paper use. Centralized documents can be accessed anywhere.
