Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate through the website and tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Florence handle our paperwork is a lifesaver. it saves us so much time and makes finding the docs very easy.
I am still adjusting to its capabilities, but helpful application
What do you like best about the product?
I love the signature request feature and the storage of all versions of a given document
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the site kicks you out every 15 minutes- I find myself logging in over and over again in a given work day.
I also don't appreciate moving documents between binders and folders as it is cumbersome.
I also don't appreciate moving documents between binders and folders as it is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Florence makes it really easy to instantly file documents as they are received electronically, rather than having to print out or scan items. It also allows for remote signatures and PI review which is very helpful as we transition to remote work.
Florence is pretty easy to learn but could be more user friendly in some features
What do you like best about the product?
Source docs can be easily organized by categories and readily available when needed to access them from electronic side and less loose papers to shuffle through
We use many features/tools offered in this platform- the log templates, storing source docs, consents, lab results, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
the logs are not very user friendly.... you cannot see all the rows and columns at once like in a bigger window.. instead you have to scroll from side to side to see what the other columns are and to see the whole picture ...gets time-consuming at times, and also more room for error if you click on the wrong row to edit so it makes it more important to always triple check all entries before submitting (take excel for example, you can easily zoom in or out to see all the columns in one window)
also regarding logs-you cannot see more than 2-4 short words in each column entry just by viewing it, you have to choose the edit option to be able to see what other words are written within that one box column or you have to download the whole log to see what all the words are in each column
also on creating log templates, the original creator(s) of a specific log cannot lock it so that someone else afterward does not accidentally change some of the columns or entries in the logs....
-we like that other team members can easily share each others logs and be able to use in their studies if that log was very well created and on point with what they need for their research study..
-we do not feel comfortable that the original creator(s) cannot lock it so that accidental changes don't happen (at least there is an audit button to see who was in there last if something looks different) but would be better if other people had read-only rights to it if they are looking at examples of how other people created their logs to help them develop their own if needed.

Quick-Efficient-Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Request sent via email, log in directs to required documents that require single sign off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal. Mostly with number of regulatory documents and safety documents that require to be signed off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hand signing documents that may be stored in different sites.
Florence eReg
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize and structure folders to meet your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to implement customized naming conventions to assist with adequately naming documents. Adding fields for required or suggested metadata would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Florence eBinders is providing us an opportunity to be remotely transparent. This benefits our teams conducting oversight as well as our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No eReg portal will have EVERY capability you're looking for. Consider what functionality is most important to your company at this time. Consider that updates are always being made and feedback is always accepted.
It does what we need it to do. A few workflows are a little backwards but over all its sufficient
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all our binders organized in a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The provisioning for folders and binders is messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to regulate better how we organize our binders internally. It has helped us to know exactly what is where in the folders, even if you aren't the primary on that binder.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They do a good job. Just keep communication flowing, and everything turns out fine.
Helped to change our SOPs
What do you like best about the product?
That we can capture signatures electronically
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish it didn't sign me out so frequently when using this application during the day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to use digital signatures for orders (esp during COVID when people may be off site). It allows remote trial monitors to access regulatory docs and requisitions.
Great and Easy to Use e-Reg Binder
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to access the features and file critical documentation. It is great for managing an electronic reg binder for site staff to access everything from the protocol to the DoA, and it is easy to grant external users, CRAs, quick access for IMVs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any significant criticisms of the product. I really enjoy it and using it at our site has really made our regulatory team greatly affecting at managing our trials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using eBinders through Florence has revolutionized our regulatory team because we can maintain the majority of our critical documents, especially sponsor emails and electronic communication, without a lot of extra effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for maintaining e-Reg Binders and pairing with e-Source
Florence
What do you like best about the product?
quality checks when remote review is required
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation through the documents and organization of binders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sharing
Decent
What do you like best about the product?
I like the search function. It makes finding the documents I need easier. It also makes it easier to find a specific tab I need within the ISF
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the additional effort that comes with scanning and uploading to the ISF - Especially when I need to keep those wet-ink documents on hand anyway. I end up with 2 ISFs to manage. I'm also not a fan of the fact that if I uplaod something incorrect, I have to go through the work of explaining why I'm deleting the file as opposed to a paper ISF where I can just move it to the correct location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of yet I have not been solving any problems with eBinders. Our site was very content to use a paper ISF but that option was not allowed for the study we joined. I can see how a site that is more heavily involved with an EMR would find it beneficial, but our site is paper-based and it creates more work.
