Process Street is game-changing for workflow. We couldn't live without it.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Process Street is that we can create detailed checklists with documentation and then combine human tasks with automated tasks via the Zapier integration. It's the perfect blend of human and automation.
We've built our entire podcast and media production business around using Process Street to standardize our processes. It allows me to run a remote company and know that the work is getting done without looking over everyone's shoulder all the time. We use it every day all day long.
Also, the customer support is responsive and helpful!

What do you dislike about the product?
The Data Set feature is new and needs some work on the user interface. It's not easy to navigate the tables compared to a solution like Airtable.
I'd also like to see better guest management. We add a lot of guests, and we have many people in dropdown fields that I would love to be able to hide so we don't accidentally assign tasks to a guest rather than an internal team member.
But these are minor complaints.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street solves both project management and our documentation of standard operating procedures. Finding these two solutions in one application is huge for our business.
It allows me to document a process once and know that the team will follow it in a systematic way. This is critical for a remote company where it's not as easy to walk over to somebody's desk and ask a question.
I also love how Process Street lets you cascade changes to workflow templates to the existing workflow runs. This means that our processes stay standardized across multiple projects and clients.
