Great process management software for teams

What do you like best about the product?
It's clean design, good collaboration tools like @ people, automated checklists really save time. Kowledge base is a great upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is great but a huge learning curve for the team
It does not integrate with Appfolio
Wish it had one off task management built in
Periodic glitches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running repeated checklists for complext processes and collaborating with a team while doing it.

What do you like best about the product?
depending on how a user set it up- the steps of the process, it truly helps to guide where you are in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's an additional step or work that need to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
since it serves as a guide, it reminds you what's still lacking or missing in the process before completion.

An integrated solution which is perfect for many task driven activities in an organisation

What do you like best about the product?
While there are other tools that can do the same job, they often require more skill and effort to develop. Process st places all the necessities in one place and becomes a single window-pane view of processes being performed in an organisation. It's a platform that any user in an organisation can use with minimal training too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Process st is always coming out with new functions, but in the meantime if any particular task needs to be completed (eg. attaching a confidentail file), there is a high level of dependency on third-party tools and integrations to make this happen. This does detract from what I like about process st the most
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Third party form completion. Internal process automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, workflows, and email notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. If anything, sometimes I may add a comment to a step and forget to hit submit to post the comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street solved the problem we were having with delays in onboarding which delayed start/completion of projects.

Great way to create checklists and make sure everyone is taking responsibility for their work

What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to create checklists that you can monitor in real-time. Team members have to check off items on the list as they complete them, so I do not have to check every detail of their work manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are improvements that the tool could receive, but I am satisfied with its capabilities, especially considering the extent to which I am using it at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Super easy way to create checklists for different initiatives
- Great way to ensure that team members do not forget any project details.
- Very valuable in promoting more accountability.

Very helpful for software development process

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Process Street surprisingly helpful in my routine processes for software development. I'm an independent developer so I have no infrastructure to manage my release process in the way that a large software company would typically use. I have been able to create processes in Process Street that allow me to make sure I'm consistent and rigorous in my process. It's flexible enough to not be burdensome but provides powerful features that work well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't really found any problems. I find the UI a bit confusing at times. Managing templates vs actual instances of a process is more complicated than it needs to be - but it's not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I do critical processes consistently and don't skip any key steps.

Easy to use process mapping

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward interface and a great set of tools to help map processes. I like the conditional logic feature, which allows you to hide or show elements of the process based on the options/outcomes you choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was confusing about how many processes I´d created and where they were on the platform. I soon discovered there were separate workspaces that were almost hidden. I´ve since resolved it. I do not have any negatives for this product, especially as it´s free to use for one workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearly defined mechanical processes are critical in my line of work. Previously, I used flow charts and relied on my memory to complete my work. Now I don't have to worry about forgetting anything, and being able to see things I need to see when I need them is a game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
The additional training with Gustav. It really helped me fine tune the processes I already had in place and I have been able to share them with staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still figuring out how to use Process St. for training new entry level staff. It's great for training admin staff. Training entry level staff is a 2023 goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time in explaining basic processes. I've also found that it is an easy way to share new processes with staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Track onboarding team members' progress and get feedback as they progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs you out, I'd love not to have to log in to my projects every day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of years of SOPs can get a little hairy, but with Process Street, our team can easily share and update content. Keeping a handle on workflows.
