Currently, we've decided to leave it. Not because of Process St itself, but because the functionality is redundant with the new software we are moving to.

Process.st Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love being organized, and Process.st helps me keep my work and notes organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of times I've wanted to do something in Process.st and couldn't figure out how or where to find certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process.st is perfect for onboarding new employees or clients, or really any repeatable process for that matter. It saves us so much time and resources on training. We use it to help project manage implementations as well as collect data for case studies. We also love using Process.st for checklists both internally and externally.
Lots of different ways to use it!
What do you like best about the product?
As the title says, there are a lot of different ways to use Process Street. Initially, I didn't like it at all, but that was entirely down to how our organisation had set it up for use. That's been totally overhauled now, and I find it extremely useful. The initial set-up we had was a step-by-step for each phase of the project - which will be really useful for some organisations but was a big box-check exercise for us. Now, we use it to keep track of the phases rather than the steps within the phases (since they're so different for all of our projects and we couldn't really customise each one without spending loads of time) as well as being able to include handy links to various internal sites, so we have a one-stop shop for anyone trying to find info on that project. The conditional logic has also massively improved recently and that's a huge win for us too as we use that A LOT!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd like to see improved is the notifications for required steps. If you have a required item within a step and attempt to complete a run, an error message is generated notifying the user that the required items have yet to be checked off. However, it doesn't highlight the required items. In an ideal world, those required items would either be highlighted, or the attempt to complete a run would check off all steps that did not contain a required item, thereby showing the user which steps contained the required items for check off. A second thing if I were bing picky would be to see the different fields align with column filters. At present we use certain fields that do not show up as column filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a one-stop shop for all our project info: deal notes from sales, links to the different contracts, our customer logos and the different phases of their projects all in one place.
PM

My Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can link together tasks smoothly without unnecessary visualization or gimmicks. Some productivity managers try to make everything a pinterest board. PS is simply easy to read and makes sure everything connects to the next step, which is what people actually need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it loaded faster. I wish that text boxes could be placed between tasks. I wish that people in the next related work flow task item could be alerted that the previous one was finished
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It ensures that everyone can see where everyone else is in their progress and allows for planning of your week based on the tasks remaining. It also allows for checking of your work.
