Beyond productive.
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a beautiful experience for our clients and gives us an organized track of their progress. It allows us to assign and select due dates, which will provide insight into when the task should be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor things we are looking to improve- one is for us to copy a task from one workflow to a different workflow. Next, it will also help us if there is a view mode wherein we can view it like an organizational chart to see which workflow is connected or linked to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and tracking tasks and the ability to train people by creating self-paced training workflows for them. It's also allowing us to revise each workflow and update it faster simultaneously.
Super easy to work with, cuts down a lot of time for following up.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and it helps keep tabs on items that need to be done by a certain deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I would say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Process Street to help keep track of weekly tasks and this is how I keep on top of my workload.
It is a thorough way to move through your day and check off your to do list!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the checklists are, it allows for the most efficient experience for the people creating and completing the checklists. I am not sure how it compares to competitors because I only ever have used process street and I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
We think there should be an "enter" or "add" button instead of a "send" button when commenting on a checklist because it gives the wrong idea. That is all we can think of in this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us stay more productive through out each work day! And most of all its helping certain tasks not fall through the cracks, so it's contributing to our efficiency and thoroughness

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time notification to keep me updated on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good. I have not experience anything to dislike the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and designation of tasks.
Process Street is a great tool, but I find the UI confusing to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a tool that allows me to ensure that our staff are following the appropriate processes during critical functions such as new business onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI cumbersome to navigate. That said, once in a process, working with a specific process is straightforward and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street allows us to ensure consistency across team members and across client implementations and it ensures that during complex processes that nothing falls through the cracks.
Easy to use once you get over the learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find any workflow that my colleagues or I have completed by using the search bar. It is also very customizable to make searching flows easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches that I've encountered, such as sometimes I can't access specific workflows unless I'm an administrator, even though I started the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to share the information we've gathered with our administrators so that they can easily bill the clients and have everything all in one place. It makes our job easier.
Indispensable tool for running a Hypnotherapy practice
What do you like best about the product?
I use Process Street in almost every part of my business, from session flows and consultations to inquiry response emails and follow up calls. I have never used anything like this before, and find that is keeps my brain on track and all of my processes running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a Learning curve, but everyone here is extremely helpful and eager to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I suffered a traumatic brain injury many years ago, that left me with some long term effects including memory, concentration, disorganized thoughts, and time management issues. Process Street has helped me to manage my time, organize my thoughts, and I never have to worry that I won't remember the next step, or leave something important out.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is User Friendly. Easy to navigate. Help is easy to get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Color scheme. I would love to be able to customize this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document and automate the repetitive process.
Great platform, but if your processes don't live side by side your working apps, adoption is hard.
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are fantastic, it's great being able to ping people inside Slack for their daily report or recurring requests
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is expensive for what it is, considering every single user of your org needs to be in the app for it to be truly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us see how much automation can happen with our usual processes. Adoption & pricing concerns forced us to cancel after a few months
A user friendly and powerful ally for any business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Process Street makes it so straightforward to dot the Is and cross the Ts, especially when it comes to highly detailed work like onboarding new staff and other similar processes. You can modify their pre-made templates to suit your needs or build your own from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that the analytics you can access for each workflow template cannot be customised so you can fixate on the results of a completed workflow (e.g. employee satisfaction results). In addition to this, it is easy to accidentally pick up and move a workflow item out of the intended position that you have to keep moving back. With all this said, these are two minor areas that, knowing Process Street, are likely to address over the coming months/years

Having a well-designed process is essential to any business' continued success, so the fact you can schedule, trigger and run workflows in so many different ways using Process Street makes it a valuable tool
