User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is User Friendly. Easy to navigate. Help is easy to get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Color scheme. I would love to be able to customize this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document and automate the repetitive process.
Great platform, but if your processes don't live side by side your working apps, adoption is hard.
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are fantastic, it's great being able to ping people inside Slack for their daily report or recurring requests
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is expensive for what it is, considering every single user of your org needs to be in the app for it to be truly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us see how much automation can happen with our usual processes. Adoption & pricing concerns forced us to cancel after a few months
A user friendly and powerful ally for any business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Process Street makes it so straightforward to dot the Is and cross the Ts, especially when it comes to highly detailed work like onboarding new staff and other similar processes. You can modify their pre-made templates to suit your needs or build your own from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that the analytics you can access for each workflow template cannot be customised so you can fixate on the results of a completed workflow (e.g. employee satisfaction results). In addition to this, it is easy to accidentally pick up and move a workflow item out of the intended position that you have to keep moving back. With all this said, these are two minor areas that, knowing Process Street, are likely to address over the coming months/years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a well-designed process is essential to any business' continued success, so the fact you can schedule, trigger and run workflows in so many different ways using Process Street makes it a valuable tool
Process St: Timesaving & Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent tool for repeated processes involving many steps. Once you have a workflow in place, you do not have to constantly think about all the steps involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me would be the complexity of creating automations and/or using conditional logic for more involved processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a workflow in place for multiple processes, which helps ensure no steps or deadlines are missed.
Easy to Use and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks can be set to reoccur. Email reminders can be customized. You can snooze a reminder. It's helpful to have a checklist, sort of like a reminder to make sure everything has been completed. It syncs well with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to change all due dates at once based on the service we have assigned to a client. It is repeatative to manually change each date. However, that is a small downside to an overall helpful program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps to confirm all scheduled tasks have been completed, and it passes this information on to the next person in line to work on a project.
Perfect to keep my checklist for real estate transactions organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create all different kinds of checklist depending on the type of transaction I am doing. Keeps me organized
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much I dislike about Process Street.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
working with several transactions at one time, I need to keep everything straight and organized. Process Street helps me do that.
Powerful tool with constant improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. For someone without coding experience, the drag and drop functionality is great. The support team is also top notch and always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use seems to also be limiting, at times. The user has very little control over the actual appearance of the workflows. Vertically, yes, but more columns or horizontal capabilities would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me streamline and automate new hire onboarding, in addition to several other business use cases that require checklisting.
Found Process Street very helpful in dveloping processes
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and creates a process for all to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really point anything that I would say that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using process street to train new hires
Responsiveness, Flexibility and Adaptability
What do you like best about the product?
The team is always responsive whenever we need certain modifications to be done and they are always updating the tool to make it more adaptable
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so much of a collaborative tool for project management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great workflow tool. It helps my organization with SOPs and documentation.
Great for focusing on tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Great for focusing on tasks that can easily be forgotten due to the busyness of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike because it keeps us focused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to keep tasks at hand and not fall through the cracks, so to speak.
