What do you like best about the product?
The website is easy to use and loads quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. I have not had any bad experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide customers with a form so they can give us information about their business. We take this information and create solutions that will help their business.

-Creating Backups is really annoying and could use a rework

-It helps creating workflows for repeating tasks

the organized way that it has to carry on process.
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface is a little bit confusing as a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time managing when following steps.
Awesome tool for all kind of teams
What do you like best about the product?
You can configure conditional logic onto your task, this way when you run a workflow you are only viewing what applies to you at the moment. Another interesting thing is that it can be integrated with Power Automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing that I dislike, so keep going! Something that I would tell you could implement is the ability to automate processes and integrate with Active Directory to perform IT operations automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, in the organization, we have a lot of routine checks, and having process street helps us get everything done in an organized manner. Also if we need to review a past workflow run, you can search for content of this specific workflow.

It's useful to keep track of all pending items.
What do you dislike about the product?
that sometimes people set it wrong and then required items make it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing business problems and solutions to not missing any steps.
Very user friendly and workflow automatizations are a great tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can schedule the workflow runs and it reminds you when it needs to be run. We use checklists on a daily basis to make sure we are complying with our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there is nothing that I don't like about process st. I think process street is the best checklist processes platform provider, it has improved our team efficiency a lot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street has made our support team able to follow the processes correctly using checklists and at the right time using the schedule function. Also, the folder structure of the checklist is very user-friendly.
Good for Process, but not Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make a process from beginning to end. Have that process notify you when a task is assigned to you. Email alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really as freeform as Notion...but it's also not as intimidating. The inability to have it integrate with other platforms...wish it integrated with OneDrive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled us to organize workflows/processes and get alerts, so things don't fall through the cracks!

Flexibility of creating conditional split

Nothing really, maybe it could e a bit more user-friendly for setting up workflows

It solves us the problem of not having to include clients as users to fill up questionaires
Process Street has been instrumental to helping our company onboard new clients properly!
What do you like best about the product?
Templates can easily be tweaked and shared with the stakeholders and new clients for collaboration. The interface is also easy to understand that we don't need proper training to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! Keep up the great work! I guess the only thing we need to work on is utilizing the available integration to fully integrate Process St with what we're using (Hubspot)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a prettier way to provide an onboarding checklist for new accounts or churning clients and Process St solves this problem. The interface is nice and our clients liked the collaborative way we onboard them.
Workflows that repetitive tasks easy!
What do you like best about the product?
That it connects well with Zapier, which enables teams like us to connect to various platforms like Slack, Trello, Chargebee, Hubspot and Gmail. Workflows that reduce human errors!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is relatively new, and can make many more updates to improve user interface and more importantly, the user experience. Many more features could be added to make workflows more complex, and make life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive tasks are a burden, especially ones that are long and have many smaller steps which cannot be missed. Process Street helps achieve human error free workflows.
