The inbox tells you what you are on track of and what is over due.

There is not anything I do not like bout it

easy to use and build your tasks and collaborate
What do you dislike about the product?
not integrated on some platforms like my PM software, not easy to have automation or be comprehensive.
the other problem is we don't know what tasks are in the whole company's performance. cannot see the due date for all tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
step by step workflows are highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
updating workflows as our processes change or get modified. It would be nice to be able to create and embed how-to videos within the workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple people completing some of our company workflows, we can keep an eye on where tasks are bottled necked, can communicate with others directly within the workflows, and give exact instructions so that new people or low-skill workers can complete processes with success.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about process Street are the notifications that keep me on track with finalizing some of our documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Process Street has a slight learning curve which makes some things a bit difficult but overall is awesome and simple to maneuver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street keeps everyone in the office in the know, we can all see where things stand.

What do you like best about the product?
Process street helps keep employees on track and makes sure nothing gets forgotten. We use it like check list of all the things we need to complete in a day. It will remind you of the things that need to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes will come in twice when we have it automated from appfolio. We have been tracking them to see if there is a pattern that we can fix the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone on task and makes sure everything gets completed in a timely manner. Everyone needs a reminder sometimes and it is nice to be able to set the due date.

Defining workflow and processes is super easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics section is not very handy and easy to utilize in reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation that we can incorporate into the workflows. Since not every process is the same, we needed the ability to use IF and THEN functions too, and Process Street had it covered. Process Street has really helped our company stay organized with multiple processes in which tasks must flow from one person to the next.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit of a painful task to set up the processes or workflows in the beginning, but luckily, Process Street has many templates that we could start with and then customize as we saw fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street has enabled our company to stay on top of the tasks involved in Property Management, using a departmental approach to our company structure. We have been able to increase the volume of our portfolio because of our ability to stay organized and efficient in our work.

What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is extremely helpful for setting up projects that must be repeated multiple times. It ensures that no step gets forgotten or falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Process Street is very helpful, there are a few features that I wish were more available or easier to create. One example is that when one process is completed, I would love the ability for it to launch another process, with data from the first process filled in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street ensures that nothing is forgotten and no steps get missed. It's very beneficial to us, as missing a small step could set a project back weeks, which our clients would not appreciate.

The inability to move tasks up or down when creating subtasks.

Tracking HR tasks and onboarding processes.

The ease of creating workflows has kept us on track and eliminated misses. It also helps us to see what is needed and not needed.

Process.st for repeatable processes

What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible layout - can meet literally hundreds of scenarios and requirements. Whether you start with some of their canned content to get started or roll your own, anything from HR onboarding to repeatable steps you need to document and do consistently is easily accomplished in Process.st
What do you dislike about the product?
When assigning the same user multiple tasks it sends assignment notices upon each one. This is a tad cumbersome and usually addressed with end user training by NOT necessarily assigning a user to all steps. We've worked around this by annotating some of the tasks with user initials, so we only assign at the top of the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For annual audits (SOC2, etc) we document things like employee hiring / terminations; computer setup steps; onboarding new employees - these are crucial to have documented consistently to pass an audit.
