Easy and clear
What do you like best about the product?
Organized and can assign tasks to various users. i like that certain fields are only displayed if certain conditions are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any downsides or anything that i dislike. sometimes finding completed workflows can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing workflows/checklists for kicking off each one of my projects. this has kept me organized.

User-friendly platform with many integrations, great features, and constant updates/improvements

No downsides, the product has really taken our operations to the next level

Staffing, process documentation, resource pages, organization, process automation
Really useful tool especially for onboarding.

Is saving time in the training process and avoid a large margine of mistakes as it clearly shows steps to follow

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to assign the lists back and forth between users. Its been great to take myself off a card and add another person. I do like how it can be automated and integrated with zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were other color schemes. I do feel that sometimes it is not always easy to find the lists when searching for them which can make it tough if you have multiple going at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the fact that we can make tasks private and public. This allows us to reach more people both in our company and outside of it. We also are more organized as a company!

The ease of tracking work that has been completed. Using process.st to streamline our departments, we have been able to adequately place our teams and track their success
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any immediate criticism. Process.st has been a joy to work with. The only issue is the email notifications, which are simply a preference and can be shut off
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of employee work, timelines and managing of deadlines for content. Process.st has also provided ample opportunity for training and thorough education.
A fantastic tool to stay on track through all phases of a recurring task
What do you like best about the product?
There are other checklist or to-do apps out there, but I have yet to find a true competitor to Process.st. As a pilot, I understand how important checklists and SOPs are - and apply that to my business as well. The automation capabilities provided by Process.st's Zapier integration are absolutely fantastic, and have taken certain processes such as scheduling my weekly podcast+blog post from a 60-90 minute ordeal down to a 20-30 minute task. It's truly unbelievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't complain about much. The app does everything I need it to do. A few times I was looking for a feature, but the team provided me with a workaround that did the trick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process.st makes it amazingly easy to create and follow SOPs in a business setting, which combines with the potential for automation to save quite a bit of time each week.

Reports and checklist creation processes are pretty easy to create and allow you to be creative with the look

The only thing i find uneasy is the limitation on reviewing schedules assigned

Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Process street has some of the best customer service I've experienced in the industry. Their team is very knowledgeable and responsive to inquiries from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see greater ability for nesting/template management within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a really great process management tool, especially if you want that finished/branding look for clients.
Good for projects and instructions
What do you like best about the product?
Having a step-by-step checklist and instruction list available makes it easy to get through a task. Additionally, having a breakdown of the tasks helps team members of every level learn faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the checklists are too long and/or specific. There have also been occasional glitches where Process St does not save your progress.
