Great Process Management Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have customized templates with automation set up, you can use them again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to learn the conditional logic but then it's a breeze.

it's solving how to interconnect the apps and update real-time. It benefits us by saving us some time
Easy to Use Virtual Checklists
What do you like best about the product?
Process street helps my company get our checklists together in one place. This way, we can make sure all employees are following policy without forgetting any steps in the checklist while following our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it's difficult to search through checklists made by other people if you don't know what they've named their checklist. I also think the interface in general could be easier to use and have more graphics rather than so many words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process street helps keep all of our processes together in one place, and makes everything accessible to all employees. This way we know every employee knows how to complete all processes correctly.
I use it as our company's SOP and it is easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
That I can write the procedural steps of tasks and also make folders by department or monthly tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something I don't like, other than the ability to take screen shots and paste them there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives everyone that needs access to the steps on how to do things with an easy way to update when necessary.
Process Street makes my several daily tasks feel manageable and organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that process st is step-by step. It helps ensure that I don't miss a single to-do item regarding any of my several ongoing projects at any given time. It's practically my personal assistant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! This service is stellar and customizable. There is nothing at this time that I can suggest changing about process st. The only thing that I would suggest is that for the reminders to call customer, etc, instead of having to open those tasks and put in a bunch of info to check that as completed. I wish there were a more straightforward, just check box to complete the item; it can be very time-consuming to have to go into each task individually and enter a bunch of details for simple follow-up calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and to do check lists. It helps ensure that you are not forgetting crucial parts or steps within your client process and helps keep you accountable with consistency.

The easy view and easy navigationof work flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times task that I am assigned do not show up for my view.

HR work flows and getting people through on boarding.
Powerful yet simple SOP software
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street has the right balance fo features/functionality while also providing a simple and intuitive user interface. My favorite feature is the ability to update existing workflow runs to help maintain an accurate checklist/SOP
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I wish Process Street did better:
- more rich embed and content managmenet capabilities for each task content section
- better access to external data (would be great if we could have a data feed to populate task data instead of having to manually update custom fields within Process Street.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps us maintain and operate against complex workflows wherein the steps within each workflow are constantly evolving. By being able to maintain a workflow steps, and also udpate all existing workflow steps -- we can keep our business up to date!
Detailed but somewhat counter-intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The detailed nature and subcategory usage. It helps to provide a feeling of accomplishment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some procedures like creating new folders and organizing assignments chronologically are not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing different merchant folders, training as a content writer, and prioritizing merchants.
Process Street Review / Distributed
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is actually quite easy to use, and once in place, it's impossible to imagine our business without it. It's satisfying most of our needs and is easily adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain bugs from time to time, especially when there are several approvals steps for one task. It would also be amazing if there was an online PS training that new users could go through, ensuring that everyone who completes the process is fully capable of using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote team, so process management is absolutely essential for us. It is definitely helping us follow standardised processes and to achieve predictable and targeted results.
