Excellent for providing step-by-step instructions to team members, enabling faster on-boarding
What do you like best about the product?
We utilize it primarily for documentation of repetitive tasks so that team members can always follow the same "recipe card" without having to remember the steps themselves. Running a process and being able to have another team member pick it up mid-process is also a plus, since the tracking of the completed steps is all there. Really a brilliant product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes stumble over where things are since they occassionally change the interface. But that's no big deal. I do wish we could do more with copying pieces of a process or multiple steps at once (and that might be there since I last tried).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting new team members up to speed and productive more quickly is a huge benefit. Being able to track done/not done in a process-in-progress is also very helpful. Mostly, it's documenting every step so we don't have to remember... that is HUGE.

Being able to keep track of where I am in my task list and also being able to hold team members accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the relevant checklist that I need to submit can sometimes be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of forgetting what needs to be completed/ submitted prior to getting paid. Our agents are required to check off that they have received relevant docs before getting paid so it holds them accountable.
Process Street has really be exceptional for my role in training new hires.

Process Street just makes my work life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to get reminders every XX months to review a process.

Standardizing processes for training new hires.

It is very straight forward to use! It helps us organize our workflows.

Ideally, there could be some more sophistication in connecting to other systems

What do you like best about the product?
Process St makes it super easy to add SOPs for my team to use. I really appreciate how I can control who can see what on my team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that contractors find the experience a bit confusing at times and don't always close out tasks. There may be ways to improve those aspects of the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a central database of all of my SOPs that I could update over time. This was the exact solution I needed.
All processes in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Each team member is able to know what stage of the process we are at and what needs to be done by each of them to complete the work. Checklists have never been easier. Allows communication to be easy between team members and clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature of replying to comments has been removed so now you can only add another comment tagging the person. It causes to have to many comments that can be mixed up

Having all process information in one place for everyone to access. Real-time updates on what needs to be done. Customization of every process based on your company needs.
Process Street: Good but not great
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the process street. It's very intuitive, the checkboxes are nice, the completion confetti is rewarding, the menu is simple and has all the key features, and the folder cascades are intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I usually use it as: a process checklist app, it sometimes feels a little slow to load on my thinkpad. Additionally, it would be helpful to contract/resize the left hand checkbox items to expand the right hand side window if possible. Sometimes the pages are content heavy so it would be helpful to resize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the only process-related app that I know and use currently. It's very intuitive and the survey-like logic programming helps it make processes (even complicated ones) easy to complete.
A win for business processes!
What do you like best about the product?
We use process st to keep track of company wide and department processes. It helps our workflow run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult to learn how to make a process st.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process st solves misunderstandings and missteps with business processes. Follow the process and nothing gets missed! Makes my job a lot simpler.
Process street is really great to detail how you process your products and has great tools to use

Process street is best for our employees and our time management. It allows us to see what progress has been made in our cases and what still needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do dislike the duplication that needs to be done manually. Whenever we do have workflows that are alike, it would be nice to be able to duplicate them without having to do many manual edits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem process street is fixing for us is the transparency it allows us to have with the timelines of our cases. Before Process Street, it was hard to determine what was still needed or was already completed.
I think it is a great product but not for legal cases.

I wouldn't know as it isn't set up correctly or doesn't really apply to legal cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no variables hearing can have different outcomes and it wasn't customized to adapt that.
