Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand, customize, and iterate on. The collaboration possible with Process Street is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish uploading attachments was easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps us effectively ensure quality assurance for all of our outgoing content!
Very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is very straight forward and perfect for streamlining processes in a workplace. I love that the interface is simple and clean. It doesn't really require any sort of training to get the hang of it. Everyone can use it. It's that simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the app to be a little less user friendly. I got the hang of it just fine after a little but I did find it more difficult to be able to find and process a specific run. That maybe because we use it for clients and we have hundreds of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping the law firm I work for streamline processes so that everyone is doing their job correctly and not missing anything. It's very easy to overlook things in a fast paced environment but Process Street prevents that from happening.

The flexibility of flows building sometimes it is a challenge

The visual side of PS, but it is a minor issue

All processes we have are now running through the PS

I like how Process Street streamlines our procedures and makes sure nothing gets missed.

With so many steps to our processes, it's very easy to miss things. Process Street makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
It is really good for detailed work, very reliable system.
What do you like best about the product?
How specific it is, when a task is due they let you know and also you can see who assigned, really good. It allows also you to switch from user to user super quickly, great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really found something i dislike, but probably when you open on inbox the task being able to copy and paste addressed from there would be helpful, otherwise all perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is benefiting me and the business because it helps us keep the day-to-day with the new tenants and changes being made to properties, tenants, owners and even adding properties. Great tool!
Process St is great for keeping our clients on track with the necessary tasks with clear due dates
What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can subscribe to the Process St event, that way we can stay informed about when a task is completed or when the client has a comment
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to duplicate the tasks to another Process St tab

Limits the amount of emailing back and forth with our clients and keeps everything all in one place. Our team is much more productive.
Helpful Tool for Business!

It's super simple to change any task to fit any need for business!

It is sometimes difficult to have auto population of a specific piece of data from one task to another.

It's helping to automate many processes, so that there is no steps missed!
The user interface is easy to understand and there are plenty of well designed templates.

An easy-to-understand platform. with templates to help you get started.

Some aspects are a bit too complicated for a one-person business.

Creating the right processes that make sense can be convoluted. Process Street makes it easy.

Process Street is a time-saving tool for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and companies. With it, you can create and maintain standard operating procedures that everyone can quickly access and use. For me, that work as a freelancer finds Process Street invaluable as it saves me so much time every day and helps me keep up the quality of my work and perform specific business-related tasks that I don't do very often.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice with some more native integrations. Currently, you have to use either Zapier or WebHooks. Which, of course, isn't bad, but that's the only thing I could think of that I don't "like".

Powerful and easy to implement tool
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to configure the different processes of the company, the way it manages and controls the processes, as well as the platform's support to resolve doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the "Inbox" function is confusing for the user. Therefore, implement a configurable management dashboard for each user that allows them to see the performance of their area globally to improve the monitoring and control of flows. The Page function should be able to have customizable fields to manage the documentation entered, e.g., date of preparation, document version, document status, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PS, we can make all the procedures, instructions, and relevant company information visible so that workers can access it efficiently and timely. All company processes can be implemented and linked to the procedures that are already in place. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
