The user interface is easy to understand and there are plenty of well designed templates.

An easy-to-understand platform. with templates to help you get started.

Some aspects are a bit too complicated for a one-person business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating the right processes that make sense can be convoluted. Process Street makes it easy.
The best SOP tool I've used, simple as that!
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is a time-saving tool for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and companies. With it, you can create and maintain standard operating procedures that everyone can quickly access and use. For me, that work as a freelancer finds Process Street invaluable as it saves me so much time every day and helps me keep up the quality of my work and perform specific business-related tasks that I don't do very often.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice with some more native integrations. Currently, you have to use either Zapier or WebHooks. Which, of course, isn't bad, but that's the only thing I could think of that I don't "like".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, that work as a freelancer finds Process Street invaluable as it saves me so much time every day and helps me keep up the quality of my work and perform specific business-related tasks that I don't do very often.
Powerful and easy to implement tool
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to configure the different processes of the company, the way it manages and controls the processes, as well as the platform's support to resolve doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the "Inbox" function is confusing for the user. Therefore, implement a configurable management dashboard for each user that allows them to see the performance of their area globally to improve the monitoring and control of flows. The Page function should be able to have customizable fields to manage the documentation entered, e.g., date of preparation, document version, document status, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PS, we can make all the procedures, instructions, and relevant company information visible so that workers can access it efficiently and timely. All company processes can be implemented and linked to the procedures that are already in place. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
The Platform for Process Building!
What do you like best about the product?
This program is great for teams that want to increase their efficiencies by creating processes, it is customizable and has a lot of great features. We researched other process-building programs but chose Process Street because its features best served what we were looking to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to understand the ins and outs of the software to be able to create more complex workflows. The training team is excellent though, always available to answer your questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team wanted to create repeatable processes that could be used by all team members. We wanted to improve the flow of certain tasks, which is what we accomplished by using Process Street.

What do you like best about the product?
one place for everyone to move repeatable processes forward, reference where we are with all of our business & the conditional logic is a game changer for processes with if/then scenarios. We've gone so far as to show/explain it to our Corporate office & they're looking at getting it in place for the entire nation.

it's just another "stand alone" / un-integrated platform we need to go to/learn/teach in order to run our firm, there's no easily viewable report which includes the most recent comments in the dashboard view, so we have to go into a workflow to see details

Great value for the cost
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to create a sophisticated online form with conditional logic and decent field editing capabiliities for a low cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
True developer tools such as the ability to reuse option set values across multiple fields are still not available, so if you reuse option set fields with similar possible values, the option sets need to be re-entered for each field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an online internet-accessible sophisticated form to be available for any organization to complete via a persistent, secure link.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple yet efficient! The User Interface is great and it is super easy for non-technical users to develop efficient processes. The interface is also very clean and does not bother the user with clutter. Efficiency is high on the other hand. I like most that you can re-design a process and update all its running instances! Great functionality. Fill out the process form and run tour custom-built workflows. Great for automating quality emails and texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. No bugs exist and everything works like a charm. Everything I need is included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working efficiently for repetitive tasks, ensuring quality while reducing time spent on each process. All the necessary info and files can be incorporated in each step. My outgoing emails may are now automated via process street saving a lot of time.

more task/ project management features would be handy - cross reports; bulk actions on reports

having one shared, active action plan with clients - (even when they do not have PS account )
Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to learn and manage all of your SOPs. Sharing with your team is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like this survey platform. You're asking too many questions and then bothering me that I didn't finish the survey. I don't work for you. Keep this short and stop bugging us to answer questions.

Onboarding! So easy to share processes with new team members and dive in to working together.
