Invaluable for my agency

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing for me is the ability to create simple checklists, to have standard procedures for the onboarding and fulfillment of my clients - and the fact that the checklist updates for every one of my clients, when I change it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, its simple and perfect and should stay that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standard procedures for my clients and anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
Genuinely useful for hitting every point for a workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
um, they bug you for feedback a bit? cant hold that against them I guess. it's a living.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets my boss's various texts all in one place and makes it straightforward for me to make a multi-format newsletter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've found it very useful from an employee end.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use & customer service. We used to use paper based checklists - Process Street is way easier and much better for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced any downsides as of yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple staff can work from the same list - no double handling or needing to check whos done what
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A little silly, but would love to see a change-up in the confetti/celebration when a workflow is completed - just to keep it interesting, I live for the confetti in my work day!

Process Street made our onboarding efficient and streamlined!

What do you like best about the product?
Process Street has been a huge pivot from our previous onboarding process. We went from copying and pasting or retyping the same information into several different sheets which were all used for different purposes and staff. Process Street has streamlined that process making it more accurate, more efficient, and better for both the hiring manager and employee. I'm not worried any more about tasks falling through the cracks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Process Street is adding more and more tools to their product each day. They have conditional logic you can build without knowing any code that is simple and straightforward. There are automations that connect Process Street to other tools, like Google Sheets, so we can still see an overview of all the employees we are onboarding. I would love if Process Street added a little more complex conditional logic as well, so you could select more than one criteria at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street has saved our staff time and has made our onboarding process smooth. It also serves as a communication tool since we can see what tasks are checked off and where employees are in the HR Onboarding process. We love this tool and continue to build and expand our use of it to make more of our processes more efficient, accurate and transparent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The time and effort you will save is well worth the time and effort in converting your current process into Process Street! We are onboarding more employees than ever before. If we didn't have Process Street up and running, our staff would be very overwhelmed with juggling all the tasks of new employees who are all at different stages of the onboarding process. This makes it easy to check where each person is at and the hiring manager has access to the parts of the workflow where they can view the progress of onboarding as well. It's been a win-win for our administrative staff, the hiring manager and the employee.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience, ease of use and sleek UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find any component of Process.St that I dislike. After researching several of its competitors, it's the reason I stuck with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process street helps with onboarding new employees including giving them access to training.

Workflows at their best...

What do you like best about the product?
It's mostly easy to understand how all the workflows are set up. Creating one doesn't require a trip to the Documentation. It's just feels well thought out and like they really tried to have everything "just make sense".
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish certain features, like Dynamic Due Dates were included in the Basic plan. That's really it - don't hesitate to use it and try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's pretty simple: business requires that some things are done over and over...Process Street helps guide people to get their stuff done correctly, efficiently, and with accountability.

Make sure to have bulleted lists of what you need to automate with P.S.

Easy to Follow Checklists

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Process Street from the side of downloading checklists from a leader in my industry. It has been so easy to replicate his processes. I can make easily see my progress and make it my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I end up with more than one copy of the same checklist. I'm sure this is a user error but it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to follow a given process instead of reinventing the wheel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great place to create SOPs for your business in an easy-to-follow format.

What do you like best about the product?
Process St. is simple to use and serves a specific purpose and does not try to be like other project management tools. It's very good for keeping documented processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike but it would be really helpful to get an overview of all pending workflow runs and edit them all at the same time or view at the same time. If there's anything I don't normally use it would be the reporting part which I think would've been really helpful for tracking progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting processes, it benefits us because it integrates well with our other project management tool. With process street we are able to easily document our processes and keep them somewhere where all team members have access to.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can add content and additional information into the process steps, easily rearrange steps, and edit/update an in-process workflow when I update the template. I also love having the templates built out for processes/workflows I don't run that often. It makes it so much easier to step back in and do the work without having to remember what to do and in what order!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like paying for ongoing subscriptions, but I love the functionality of the tool. I can't think of any product suggestions at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document of business processes and workflows. Streamlining operations and making it easier to train new people or remember infrequent processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start documenting simpler processes, then build to your more complex processes. Test your process out and test all of the Process.St fields and functionality to get comfortable with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to assign steps, schedule workflows and record data to other sections is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I were able to adjust the default time on assigning due dates. I want them to be due at the end of the day instead of 8am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in charge of multiple stages and processes for my work and this keeps all the tasks laid out so I can unplug for a weekend and pick right back up Monday.

Perfect for organizations with varied systems that are looking to expand.
