What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage and track our processes through task lists to ensure that everything is complete and that our clients are satisfied
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate at first, especially in regards to setting up conditional logic. However, the support team is very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process street solves the need to track where each process is on the path to completion. This allows our staff to be more efficient in other areas of their jobs

Streamlined Our Client Onboarding & Fulfillment Tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Process Street has been a game-changer when it comes to our Client Onboarding and client fulfillment. We've created an Onboarding Workflow where we gather the necessary information we require from our clients, and a Workflow that maps out what our staff needs to do once that's received. One key feature we love about Process Street is its integration with Zapier as we can easily send the collected data to multiple third-party software to further streamline and automate our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest request we've been asking for is the ability to automatically generate the "Share Link" so that we can automate the delivery of the Workflow to our clients. A share link allows someone to access the checklist without needing to create an account. At the moment we need to manually go in and turn that on for each checklist that we create before sending it out as we would rather avoid the friction of the client signing up for another software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street's "Logic" capabilities have allowed us to create a single Workflow that can be utilized in all situations. With our previous software, we needed to have a specific workflow for each product we sold. Now, tasks can either be shown or hidden based on what's selected in a previous step. In our use case, we're able to pass which product the client has purchased into the workflow and it will automatically show the correct data fields we need to be collected based on that purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
The checklists are very customizable. I can always find a way to include things and format things the way I want them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding conditional logic to checklists can be a bit confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization needed a simple way to assign a task list to our clients that allowed for dependencies and ease-of-use. Process St. provides a seamless way to do just that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Process St. is relatively simple to use and has streamlined our client onboarding process. The ability to create a library of templates that we reuse depending on the type of client saves us a lot of time and frustration.

Easy way to document and assign workflows

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can assign and set due dates for an entire workflow and/or a task within a workflow. I also like having the ability to edit workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have a lot of tasks to assign in a workflow, I can't bulk select the tasks and assign them or set a due date all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a consistent and current process in place for common, repetitive tasks. This creates the ability to deliver a quality service or product every time without totally reinventing the wheel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot. It will really help you organize your processes and eliminate decision fatigue.

What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is saving our business a tremendous amount of time and effort by allowing the opportunity to generate automations and workflows. No more dropping the ball! Everyone in and out of our organization is made aware of who/what/when/where and why a task is assigned. We're still implementing changes, and are excited to see progress in motion!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downside comments to add at this time. So far, it's been a dream to work on processes, and the Process Street Help Desk is a dream to refer to. Chatting with Support is always helpful, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in dire need of workflows to be generated in order to save sanity and time. Now, our team is aware of how to build their work into processes that are as automated as possible. It's been a tremendous improvement!

What do you like best about the product?
They have easy automation workflows, templates that are readily available to use, very nice professional interface that creates really good brand impression, and one-click share access to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
our plan has a limitation to only 4 workflows. I understand that better features come with a price so it's not really something I would say negative about. I just need to play more on the platform to improve my onboarding checklists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process St allows me to have a seamless onboarding process for our new client. The simple interface lets me create structured documents in seconds. It also creates a very elegant look to our onboarding checklist which gives us a good impression to our clients and increasing their confidence in our services.

What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is brilliant for making simple yet powerful and repeatable checklists. They're especially easy to run and follow once created, and building them is intuitive as well. It's difficult to make a product that is easy to use *and* powerful. I think it accomplishes both very well. Their technical and customer support staff are also a joy to work with! I get quick, helpful responses from both technical support and our client success managers. In my experience with other vendors, "client success managers" are either hard to get a hold of and not particularly helpful, or they're trying to upsell. I've never felt pushed for a sale from them in the slightest, and always get the best support I could ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the weakest points of Process Street are around some of its newest features.

There are "automations" available, and the one we do use is great. But I feel some big ones are missing that I've been hoping for, for quite a while. The automation we use is the Process Street to Process Street option, which allows triggering another workflow run when a task on another workflow run is marked as complete. We use this to build some mega-processes, like new client onboarding, where multiple departments and roll outs are required. There is a Slack integration, but none for MS Teams (yet). There's a Google Sheets integration, but none for Microsoft SharePoint/Excel (yet). You can get around some of these by using Zapier, but that adds complexity I'd rather not have.

The Conditional Logic available for workflows is fantastic. However, if your workflow gets large enough, the UI for managing your Conditional Logic can become unwieldy and confusing. I'd love to see a visual logic tool similar to what Typeform offers instead of the page of drop-downs. It gets difficult to track what connects to what after a point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street ensures repeatability across all our clients' rollouts. If you've read the Checklist Manifesto, you know that the most experienced individuals are often the ones that need checklists the most, as they can move too fast and gloss over or forget the basics. Using Process Street (and requiring it of our teams) ensures we aren't blowing past simple stuff that could cause serious disruptions down the road. It's also great to have just for documentation purposes in the event someone needs to know what our process is for a certain thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go slow. Stop to fix problems in your workflows immediately when you encounter them. Learn to leverage the "Forms" fields, Conditional Logic, and Automations - they will save you truckloads of time in the long run.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to edit the workflows exactly to your needs is huge. Conditional logic makes complex workflows so easy for even new users to work through them and being bale to insert all the things you have available such as links, videos, pictures, etc!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes in a smaller company are constantly being updated and approved. Process St allows us to keep track of these changes in one place and gives us historical information on how past ones worked.
