Process Street Customer Review
What do you like best about the product?
We can organize all of our articles in the appropriate sections. Customers can @mention me or other stakeholders. I can see the user's last activity if any.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I do not have full admin rights to make changes easily. We are on a limited plan due to budget, so there is only one checklist that can be leveraged. Ideally, I'd like to at least see three different checklists that align to the three packages we offer to our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is supporting customers through their onboarding journey by adopting our tool. It also allows us to put in all relevant links so that we do not skip a beat.
Easy to use to automate your processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have everything organized through folders and pages. Additionally, the power to delegate functionalities to each member of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for them to have an application for android since I am usually away from my PC and it is difficult for me to manage it from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you want to scale your business, one of the problems you face is automation, in that sense, Process Street helps me to be able to automate everything and be more agile.
Process St. helps our team SO MUCH
What do you like best about the product?
We love the collaborative aspect, when some of our team our out of the office, others can check account status and update clients or colleagues as needed. We use Process St. checklists several times throughout each work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more formatting options for within checklists, we have several "sub checks" and task reminders that are conditional but need to be considered every time that are hard to clearly display within our current formatting limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very detailed and long process for each of our sales coordinators from outbound marketing through process evaluation with each client and having 1-3 workflow checklists per client is essential for us to ensure every step is completed.

I love all of the built-in features. So many intuitive and simple solutions! I love that it is fully customizable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say much about how incredible it is... I think maybe if it integrated with more things like Google it may enhance it even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational problem solving to the fullest. Just keeps me and my team on track!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say my best advice is to take your most complicated process and try and make it a reality in Process street. Then you can see all of the tools and options you can use to get the best results for what you need.

Doesn't integrate with Pipedrive natively

Process street automates much of the manual data collection/data entry we needed to do previously
Has saved countless hours for my team! A valuable tool to adhere to the Checklist Manifesto

What do you dislike about the product?
My major pain point is that the tool itself can sometimes feel "slow".
The code highlighting block is a bit hit and miss.
The pricing is pretty prohibitive for Indian customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use checklists pretty liberally to help us out with everything from employee onboarding to building our software development lifecycle.
Helps reduce mistakes when running critical business actions.
Helps reduce mistakes when running critical business actions.
It is a great tool for ensuring our processes at work are followed through and not forgotten
What do you like best about the product?
That it can automatically trigger other workflows (such as triggering checklists for coworkers to complete without needing to tell them manually) and connect to other apps we have. Has lots of ability to make simple or in-depth checklists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is complex to use but, it's fine after you get used to it. We just go through training sessions with our staff to try to avoid this issue and answer their questions when they come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training new employees about our processes/procedures and making sure all employees, including the veterans, don't forget things within their work. As well as ensuring all of our clients get booked with he proper steps (we have both one-time project and recurring maintenance "job booking and account management" workflows).
Robust flexible PM software
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up templates. Flexibility with adjustments. Alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like robust calendar view. Would like to set auto adjustment back from completion date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed customizable templates for our book projects, and PS gives great flexibility and allows tasks to be adjusted easily. Either by project or the entire template.
