Outside vendors don't have access to add to their steps in the process.

Great for task management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can have paid users that set up and run the majority of our flows, but, at the same time can have people inside the organization that just have to do one or two tasks join as a free member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough automation to help stream line the processes even more. I think they may have just started coming out with that, but, have not yet experimented with it if they have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of onboarding a large (and different) groups at the same time. Keeping it organized and seeing who is at what stage in the onboarding process. As well as reporting afterwards

Amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ux is outstanding, it's so easy to accomplish the task to complete the task. The easiest way to upload a document and complete a checklist for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we got some errors in uploading or get it slow somehow. And the format is only pdf
And you can not merge the files in one single.

Super easy and fun checklist software
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, great functionality (connects with Zapier, conditional logic, can embed pics and video), and nice looking UI. Makes it fun to use and my favorite checklist software on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Process Street is that it's not great for non-linear processes that require a checklist. Process Street is great if there's a relatively straightforward sequence of things you need to complete. A -> B -> C -> D. But if completing task A spawns 5 other tasks, which can spawn 5 more, you can see it starts looking like a tree with branches instead of a straight line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street gives us an electronic checklist that we can use to complete repetitive things over and over again. A reason why this is better than using Google Docs or Trello is that you can run multiple instances of the checklist. So the checklist could Client Onboarding for example. Using other software, it can get messy if you have 5 clients to onboard and each of them progress through the process at different paces. In Process Street, you can run 5 instances of the master checklist, which is one for each person so they each have their own checklist.
Really good tool for process-driven teams
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is one of those tools that sounds boring but is transformative. It does one thing well -- stores processes for our team in a way where we can "run" checklists as needed, in a trackable, editable, thorough way. And schedule them and trigger them via zapier. Our whole business runs on Process Street.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular comes to mind. I wish I didn't have to pay for separate tool to do Basecamp-type stuff vs Process Street stuff but it is what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue is having editable, systematized checklists for our team that can be run at different times for different customers. We would definitely drop balls or let things fall through the cracks otherwise.
Helps us be way more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street helps us be more efficient and to ensure that we don't miss critical steps. There are so many automations, and the ability to recall data from earlier in the checklist makes it incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it wasn't so expensive per user. The "guest user" is a helpful feature to keep costs down, but to unlock all of the full automation potential, we really want all of our team members to be paid members, and that's a bit prohibitive since our business is small and most of our team members only work part-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps us to not just document our processes but actually USE the process regularly. It's incredibly helpful to have all of the information organized in one place. We also use it to keep track of repetitive tasks and to assign everything automatically to the right team member.
