Super easy and fun checklist software
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, great functionality (connects with Zapier, conditional logic, can embed pics and video), and nice looking UI. Makes it fun to use and my favorite checklist software on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Process Street is that it's not great for non-linear processes that require a checklist. Process Street is great if there's a relatively straightforward sequence of things you need to complete. A -> B -> C -> D. But if completing task A spawns 5 other tasks, which can spawn 5 more, you can see it starts looking like a tree with branches instead of a straight line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street gives us an electronic checklist that we can use to complete repetitive things over and over again. A reason why this is better than using Google Docs or Trello is that you can run multiple instances of the checklist. So the checklist could Client Onboarding for example. Using other software, it can get messy if you have 5 clients to onboard and each of them progress through the process at different paces. In Process Street, you can run 5 instances of the master checklist, which is one for each person so they each have their own checklist.
Really good tool for process-driven teams
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is one of those tools that sounds boring but is transformative. It does one thing well -- stores processes for our team in a way where we can "run" checklists as needed, in a trackable, editable, thorough way. And schedule them and trigger them via zapier. Our whole business runs on Process Street.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular comes to mind. I wish I didn't have to pay for separate tool to do Basecamp-type stuff vs Process Street stuff but it is what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue is having editable, systematized checklists for our team that can be run at different times for different customers. We would definitely drop balls or let things fall through the cracks otherwise.
Helps us be way more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street helps us be more efficient and to ensure that we don't miss critical steps. There are so many automations, and the ability to recall data from earlier in the checklist makes it incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it wasn't so expensive per user. The "guest user" is a helpful feature to keep costs down, but to unlock all of the full automation potential, we really want all of our team members to be paid members, and that's a bit prohibitive since our business is small and most of our team members only work part-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps us to not just document our processes but actually USE the process regularly. It's incredibly helpful to have all of the information organized in one place. We also use it to keep track of repetitive tasks and to assign everything automatically to the right team member.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having a clear process to follow and the ability to generate checklists very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more of a map view of which processes are incomplete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps me keep track of everything on my plate and especially ensures that I take all of our staff team through the same basic steps for each process. This helps me with my consistency of what I produce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Process Street has been a game-changer for me to keep up with all of the information I need to have
Process St Review
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive functionality and that you can use shortcut commands from MS Word
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer the desktop or laptop option to build process over mobile, but that may be a limitation of the device rather than Process St itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to make best practices visible for everyone and create a better onboarding experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just dive in and you'll be surprised how easy it is to pick up
Excited to get this in use!
What do you like best about the product?
That we can dial in our SOP to be exact as possible and include other departments' tasks as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, just wish the to-do list function was a bit more dynamic.
Would love to be able to add my daily to-do's from multiple workflows into 1 overarching list, but most importantly really want to be able to include other various tasks that I have outside of Pro St. so that I can make Pro St. my "master to-do list".
This would be a huge help and would drastically help to avoid having to go back and forth between Pro St. and my other to-do list platforms/apps/etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive time saver to gain more efficiencies through the department/company. Also able to keep lots centralized in Pro. St, but also able to create & push out various G-suite apps & HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do it
Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Process.st is VERY easy to use and is pretty feature-packed (even the free tier provides great basic needs).
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike about process.st
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly for systemizing semi-complex tasks that I do somewhat infrequently. It helps me not to miss anything. Also, I use it in some training situations. However, the platform is MUCH more powerful than my meager use case.
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
Process street is so simple to use, and fit a gap in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile interface could be better in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small Company we often have to cover tasks when staff are off. Process street means that nothing gets missed being done, as the reminders are there along with the instructions on how to carry out tasks and processes.
Great shared workflow but needs more functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is intuitive and easy to set up
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I'd like to move tasks from one workflow to another
2. I'd like to add html links within lists
3. I'd like to have a task complete itself when all tasks are checked off (without having to check the additional box)
4.I'd like to embed a PandaDoc instead of having a separate process for signing hiring docs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've increased transparency within teams and sub-teams. We've decreased forgotten steps, and made our process move more efficiently and effectively.
No need for archaic paper checklists anymore!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the flexibility within Process Street - you can link things to download, add places for upload, you can change checklists at any time (including those in process)... it fits whatever you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard/ initial screen when you log in isn't the most intuitive. I also don't like that we can't bulk download or export docs that were uploaded to Process Street.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outdated paper checklists - when we change the process, we can immediately change the checklist! Also no need to go hunting for that old piece of paper.
