An invaluable tool for creating and managing systems for businesses of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up, but has powerful built-in functionality that enables one to set up very complex multi-user/multi-department checklists that ensure that tasks/procedures are done, checked and authorised. It was invaluable in enabling our organisation to finally achieve scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not natively possible to get a running audit trail of tasks executed on the go. You have to use third party paid integrations for that, which increases the cost of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled us to standardise services across a platform currently having over 300 members, and to be assured we can scale up both numbers and geographically without worrying about consistency of service, or being able to track progress on each and every member, wherever they are, at any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely value for money, where you need to standardise processes. I would not hesitate to recommend it, we started using Process Street right from inception, they have been improving its capabilities while maintaining core functionality. It enabled us to solve a problem which prior to Process Street we could not overcome. Now we are confident we can scale up our service both in terms of numbers and across geographies. I have no doubt in my mind the team understands the needs of businesses (especially small businesses and non-profits) and is committed to improving business processes for all its clients. It's a no-brainer, getting onto Process Street.
Super User-Friendly Program for Documenting SOPs
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is extremely easy to use. Whenever we create a new process at our company, I feel confident that I can easily document it in Process Street for future use. I also love making edits to a workflow and having it update all applicable active workflows in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Anything I "dislike" is just something I haven't prioritized/taken the time to understand through the available help guides, but I'm sure there's a clear answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We simply love having a place to document all of our processes. It is very valuable to us as a fully remote team.
This Tool Transformed My Freelance Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Process Street is to use, even for my remote assistant. Processes are not only easy to create in this tool, they also flow nicely when it comes to executing them. This has been a huge time (and brainpower) saver for my marketing agency!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see improved upon is the scheduling screen. I think scheduled processes could be visualized better, but what is currently offered is still good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since many demands are put on my small agency, there are a lot of tasks I have to juggle for clients' marketing needs. Process Street allows me to execute these important tasks with very little human error and extreme consistency. It basically acts as a smart assistant with some accountability. In other words, stuff gets done well, on time, and with little pressure.
Professional workflow design for any sized business
What do you like best about the product?
Process.St offers a workflow design team that understands your business from the start. They're able to pick up the pieces of your standard operating procedures with ease, offer helpful insights, and build completely automated & integrated workflows that maximize process efficiency, saving your business time & money.
What do you dislike about the product?
A single expert workflow can be a bit pricey. But if a business considers that Process.St can literally map and develop your entire suite of processes for you, it's still worth the price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our technology stack and subsequent business processes can be extremely complex. Because we operate multiple teams, across multiple markets, using multiple systems, we needed a solution to accommodate a long and complex workflow with hundreds of checkpoints.
So we have engaged with Process.St's Design Workflow Team to map & automate a complex set of SOPs (Sales > Onboarding > Client Relations) for our vacation rental business. They are also integrating a variety of our business IT tools such as Google Workspace, Docusign, Hubspot CRM, and others to further compact our technology stack into one seamless & efficient workflow that communicates with every member of our team internally and externally.

A great way to organize many workflows!
What do you like best about the product?
Process street is a great tool, very helpful for scheduling recurring items and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes/upgrades can be large changes rather than subtle optimizations. But i'm sure they're always for the better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps not to miss recurring events that require multiple processes to complete!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should give it a go! I believe there was a trial period. Our organization found Process Street very helpful for organizing recurring and inconsistently required processes!
We replaced a $5k per month project manager with Process Street
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is an amazingly and well thought out system. It's different than "project management". It's a system to use when you are going to have repeatable systems that are operated over and over again. Process Street has completely revolutionized our business and enabled us to output a much higher capacity of work with a lower headcount.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a power user of the system, I always have my few small things that I nitpick. One challenge that I have is that our team sometimes accidentally creates a typo in the email address when assigning a guest. Process Street then creates a new guest user (no charge for this) and basically we assigned a task to a no-one because we made a typo. I've contacted their support about this and hope they fix it soon as they fixed many of my other requests already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 150+ podcast episodes in production at any given time. There are 7-8 people who touch every episode ranging from audio editors, producers, writers, designers, video editors, QA... Process Street lets us run all of these so every part of the task just hands off to the next person in line. We produce 45+ podcasts and have 3 managers overseeing all of these episodes because the software does so much of the heavy lifting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's amazing. There is a decently steep learning curve to get started. But you really only need the "Process Creator" to have a steep learning curve. It's super easy for all other users!
Great for creating process-based systems and documentation
What do you like best about the product?
So excellent for creating systems and "institutional memory". We can get super/specific and granular about countless systems and steps and I love using and creating with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a workflow can take a bit of time, which isn't Process Street's fault. It's just the nature of the complex systems we're making. So overall, not any significant complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can be flexible with folks coming into and out of our teams since our documentation is fantastic.
The perfect tool to build out your processes into easy to use checklists
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Process.st is how easy it is to build out processes and create checklists. I also love that there is zapier integration to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity of the conditional logic(If this then that). I feel this could be less complicated and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure our teams do not miss any tasks within a process and that the right teams are working alongside each other speeding up completion times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give process street a go.
Process Street has made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating the processes. The flexibility to make changes is great. The conditional formatting has helped a lot since there are people in my role that do different tasks but need the same process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to make sub-tasks that are not task lists in the task. In the Sub-tasks, you can assign to different people. It would help with closing out different aspects of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on track with the different aspects of my job. During the client life cycle, there are several things to do, so having a process to help make sure to complete all the important steps helps.
It’s OK, but slowing us down in some places
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to document processes through a series of steps and then use these as a checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow - both in usage, editing and publishing.
Not user friendly, so without encouragement, team tend to shy away from making changes. Templates are useless.
