Focused, no-frills process creation
What do you like best about the product?
In many ways, it seems Process Street has adopted a less-is-more approach to the offering, and I couldn't be happier with that. Not only is the interface clean and uncluttered there aren't many (if any) extraneous tools or features. There's a sense they've planted a flag on the grounds of doing one thing well rather than trying to "do it all" with mediocrity. Mix this philosophy with top-notch customer service and relatively robust Zapier integration, and you've got a product with some real staying power.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the tool's simplicity, if you're new workflow creation, you may still find the learning curve steep-ish for creating genuinely effective workflows. If I could do it over, rather than jumping straight in, I'd have absorbed the tutorials, utilized templates, and taken our CSM up on the offer of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a business that prides itself on leveraging consistency and repeatability of task-oriented work into making space for creativity. Offloading the job of remembering how, why, and when to do a thing ensures our partners get the best we have to offer. Thanks to Process Street, that's a reality for us.
Significantly Improved Productivity in our Consulting Practice
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is a great product for our internal procedures and for communicating with our clients, making interactions very efficient. My clients genuinely enjoy working with us and interacting with our workflows and Process Street has enabled us to make complex issues understandable and easier to deal with!
The first thing I notices was how well it helped in organizing and presenting information in our workflows. But the real strength is in personalization, automations, and conditional logic. It is straightforward to use, and the learning curve is not steep.
Due to changing government requirements, we need to change and update procedures frequently, and Process Street allows us to do this quickly. We continuously improve processes, and changes can be made very quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t say that I dislike anything. I have come up with features I’d like to see added or improved and Process Street listens and responds. Even when they cannot add a feature, they communicate their reasons and help with options for addressing my needs. The support team is excellent, and management and product developers actively seek user input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have dramatically increased productivity in our consulting practice since adopting Process Street. We have significantly improved communications and delivery time with clients.
A flexible no-code tool to build the processes of your dreams
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is infinitely more customizable than the best project management tool. It doesn't force you into a box—it empowers you to build workflows that fit your unique/exact needs. It is simple but powerful. It is easy to onboard new users without having to explain a lot about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small tweaks I've suggested to make the tool even more useful (at least for my purposes) and the Process Street team has acknowledged all of them and I feel confident that my requests will eventually be incorporated in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Process Street because I couldn't find everything I need in any popular project management tools. They're built according to their founders' idea of the ideal project management situation. They work for mass needs but not specialized workflows that depend on nuance to move the ball forward without wasting effort. Process Street allows me to loop in relevant parties on a need-to-know basis so they're not confused or waiting for the right time to jump in.
Love Process.St - best on the market

Easy to uses and edit. Intuitive checklists that are not difficult to rework and change as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a better visual of the conditional automation (if, then scenarios)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management - I've realized having it there lets me forget about it until it's time!
Process St. is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create a new workflow and change current workflows. I love that you can build simple or very complex workflows based on your company's need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike, I would love to see more formatting options and the ability to copy between workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing Process St. has allowed our staff to handle items the same every time and gives them the ability to check the progress of workflows from start to finish. It provides management the visibility to see what is on the department's plate and see procedural or training issues. Clients are notified through every step of the process and love it.
Satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
I am being reminded of a task once it's due
What do you dislike about the product?
The dates sometimes are off, so short a time after a task that requires several days to accomplish. Maybe you can ask the administrator the length a task can be done, 3days? 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The mastery of the procedures in doing a task. Financially, no. Work efficiency/productivity, yes
Great workflow management software
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively ease of use and customisability
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I can think of. User interface for conditional logic can get a bit cumbersome on larger workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing processes for a business related to short-term rentals.
Great For Standard Operating Procedures
What do you like best about the product?
Robust features. Ordered workflows. Flexible form, text, image, and video tooling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Per-user price is higher than I think is necessary. We would get it for more people on our team if not for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is in the process of getting me (general partner) out of the day-to-day work. This is how I document all the highly technical and back-office processes I manage.
11/10

Loving everything about Process Street so far! It's so easy to edit processes and update existing ones. Currently using the free version and it gives me everything I need be provide a great onboarding experience to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Send email" function is quite limited. I can bold/italicise and add emojis, but I can't add URL's, change font or add links. This might be because I am using the free version of Process Street.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can ensure all clients are taken through a perfect client onboarding process, and see where our clients are through the process at any one point in time. This is easier to use than the likes of Asana, for this particular need.
Best process management software on the market!
