Easy to Learn. Huge ROI. Loved (and used) by our team.
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street's UI/UX makes sense and it is very easy to build a process. It is also easy to teach the tool to other members which means that adoption across the team is high. They also released a Pages view, which asks a Google Docs type view for information that doesn't really fit into a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything off the top of my head. I used to dislike the inability to clearly see active workflow runs per process but they have a clear system for that now so cheers to product improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized source of truth for a team of 10+ employees that is easy to update, easy to learn, and easy to see a centralized view of current in-progress work. Easy to divide by department as well.
Very user friendly and easy to use. The Support team is very responsive and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
The Support team is very responsive and helpful. They will answer all your questions in great detail. The user-friendliness of the system is excellent. Very easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use the snippet function to the different fields like the short and long text to hold data. For example, I want to set up a short text field titled "Full Name" and use the snippet function to call other fields like First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name then use the Full Name field's data and transfer it to another workflow by using the automation function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client onboarding and transferring their data to the CRM that we are using Zapier.

What do you like best about the product?
Process St. is a great software to organize/complete daily tasks. It keeps everyone updated and it's easy to work with. I am not an admin, so I haven't had the full experience but I do recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am not an admin, I can't edit the workflows so it is difficult to add more details when it's needed, so it's necessary to use additional apps to add those details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a property management company and we follow processes, so Process St. helps us to track every step we need to follow to complete each process, it keeps each one of us updated and let us know when a process is close to overdue
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend having a meeting to go through the process with all team members together to solve any questions they may have.
Also, the app it's complicated to work with. it doesn't show all the workflows or the different categories for processes.

A software that makes processes simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how all your processes can be run as checklists and collaborative workflows, and it is managed and stored securely, only team members can see the progress. You can also assign checklists to anyone in your team and you will be able to keep track of the process. Everyone can collaborate on all processes from any place on all devices, you have the ability to share templates with clients and guests, privately. You can collect data and automate your tasks with form fields and transfer data to and from other applications with all the integrations you can have with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could say that the only issue I can find is that when you are assigned to a task or checklist you receive an email and that email doesn't always take you to the task you were assigned to. Some Items might not be visible at times, I feel like there could be a few things that can improve. Aside from that, I guess we love the way Process Street makes things easier for every team member. Another thing is that sometimes you don't get notified of a new task and that can cause a delay in the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Process Street, we didn't have a process to help us keep things in order. Now, we are in control of our processes and there is not a single thing that gets out of control as long as you follow the instructions that were established for you. It´s incredibly easy to follow the progress of tasks and collaborate with your team, there is nothing that you can forget to do with Process Street. The simple interface allows you to create and assign structured documents that can be in the form of a checklist in seconds. Intuitive keyboard shortcuts and drag and drop make it easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can fully recommend making use of all the features this software offers. Make sure to communicate your ideas and train your team by adding visual and audio aids. Add attached media to your documents, including images, videos, and files. Make managing the permissions of multiple users at once a breeze with groups. Manage multiple organizations and teams. Control who can edit documents and complete checklists. It will change the way you see the process making, you can manage permissions of multiple users at once.
Super flexible and highly dependable - what's not to love?!?!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of customization, clever automation & the Inbox function. Building a template and then running multiple Checklists (Reports) off that has helped us to deliver a consistent method of tracking not only what needs to be done, but with the easy-to-build content, provides plenty of instruction on how to do it! With each Task in a Checklist also being assignable to a team member or department, it's a great way to ensure clean handoffs and put the job squarely in the hands of the next in line.

Tough to criticize anything about the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our journey with Process Street started out with a quest to digitize a paper checklist. It soon grew to much more than that and it helps us to ensure clean handoffs from department to department, deliver company-wide training and maintain consistency.
Excellent way to standardize processes
What do you like best about the product?
the functionalities, the versatility, the simplicity of the interface
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to filter in the Saved Reports panel by all variables, more customizable reports, delays by tasks, blocks, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the company's workflows will be established on the platform, the benefits are control and adaptation to the process.

What do you like best about the product?
It has kept our staff organized when completing certain tasks that take a lot of steps. We can also go back and monitor the tasks that are on time and past due
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to use and email app to send out emails and it doesn't have my signature on it so I have to copy and paste it. Some of our staff does have that ability so I think it's just a setting on my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to see when employees are on task and when they aren't. Also to make sure that they don't miss any steps. We are much more productive. It's also easy to train someone new because all they have to do is follow the process. They don't have to remember what to do next.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has completely changed our business for the better. It's so much easier to monitor to make sure they are getting their tasks done. Aren't missing steps, and the training is so much easier when we bring on a new employee.

There are so many features it can be a little overwhelming.

I can create checklists for other employees to make sure tasks are being completed, and there is accountability if they mark the task as completed.
PERFECT for Real Estate & Property Management process management & checklists!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an owner of a vacation rental and long-term rental property management business, and I have been using Process Street for over a year to document my processes for property & owner onboarding, property listing, renewals, move-ins, inspections, and so much more. I love how easy it is to build my workflow processes, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have documentation for all of my SOP's while also being able to track when things are being done. Even though I'm a 1-person business, I know that I'll never skip a step or forget anything when onboarding my new clients and properties. I love the reporting feature, and the ability to automate with apps like Docusign and Sheets is such a time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could drag and drop tasks from one task to another, as well as making conditional logic a bit easier to navigate especially when you have 50+ steps. A log for all changes made to a workflow would be ideal. Feature Requests seem to be ignored, and instead focusing on new feature or easy updates. Conditional Logic is the biggest dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building my SOP's, keeping track of my work, ensuring my processes are being followed consistently. If I ever sell my business, I believe documentation of my processes will be a huge asset.
Single Centralised Repository for all your Process Policy & Procedures That Tracks Staff Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
It can harbour multiple forms, docs, videos, checklists, and integrates with many other popular apps, so everything can be done within Process street. No need to jump around from cloud drives, apps, etc. Get everything done, AND recorded, within Process Street. Supports multi device use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a def. learning curve. UI Terms are confusing. Would. like to see more examples of workflows and tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to house all your Process and Procedures AND track staffs participation and compliance is valuable.
