Simple the Best Procedure Software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and assign processes to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really found anything I dislike about the software

We document our processes and procedures with process street.

Building a great business really starts with documented systems. Process St really makes that happen.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. It was a cool idea, but entirely unusable. I will never promote your brand 11 times on every single page of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
They link to their own website ELEVEN TIMES on every single page of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their forced branding is ridiculous to the point that it's entirely unusable software.
Perfect for checklists, SOPs, and workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Not only can you create checklists, but you can assign different people to tasks within the checklist, collect information from clients, create due dates based on other info or due dates, and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a little pricey as your team grows and free guest users have little access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Process St for my SOPs and my clients' SOPs.
Tick the compliance boxes, make sure everything is done right EVERY TIME, what more could you want?
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that I don't need to worry about whether or not I've done everything when onboarding a client- I just follow the checklist! It's even helped me to uncover a couple of sales opportunities I missed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The thought that if they ever stopped being their awesome selves I'd be totally lost!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in a heavily regulated industry, so Process.st makes it simple to make sure that I'm fully compliant with everything I do. It also means that I know any contractors are doing everything they need to as well- making it easier for them too!
Terrible customer service and billing policies
What do you like best about the product?
The design/interface is slick and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ironically, their customer service and policy is severely lacking any actual process to work with a customer. I had signed up for an annual plan, and after three months of inter-department evaluation and testing, it was not a fit based on what we need. I requested to be charged for the three months at their full price of $30 per user and have the rest refunded.
Because Process St does offer a month-to-month option, this is a reasonable request from my end. The answer was a flat no, and they insist on more training sessions for something we already know won't fit our needs.
This type of response and policy is precisely the kind of company policy that separates the professionals from the amateurs in the software industry.
I regret sighing up for this service. Process St employs a policy of billing entrapment, so buyers beware.
EDITED TO ADD: Apr 23 2021: Process St refunded me for the rest of the unused portion for the rest of the year after going back and forth on emails for a couple of days. No legitimate customer should have to fight this hard for a refund. Sometimes things just don't work out.

An Excellent Tool For Documenting Business Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Process Street's user-friendly interface. The drag and drop editor makes it easy to customize templates. As one of the services that I provide includes helping businesses to create and implement processes, this is my go-to choice of software for my clients as I am confident that they will be able to quickly adapt to it. I also appreciate that with this software you can create a template once and run a checklist as often as you would like, which is perfect for routine processes such as client onboarding, contractor/employee onboarding, routine maintenance and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful to have the option to export select completed checklists as a spreadsheet. I've set up an automation to do this via Zapier with Process Street and Google Sheets, however, something internal would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have benefitted from Process Street because:
-It provides a user-friendly platform for myself and my clients

-I have been able to use it as a means to easily collect feedback
-There are additional features like variables and conditional logic that are useful especially for teams

Process.st has allowed us to transform our business
What do you like best about the product?
Process.st has allowed us to transform and optimize our business over the last 2 years. We now do every task, process and work via a checklist. We love the Zapier integration, after building solid process/standard operating procedures we can automate those processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, now that we have Global Search, we are all set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business efficiency, consistent work, meeting deadlines. Our current team can now provide better service to our clients, for more clients, in less time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are following EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or just want a business that runs well and itself without the owners working 80+ hours, then you need Process.st. It is applicable for every business, for both one off projects and recurring tasks.
Best SOP / Process Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and very powerful. It saves me so much time and my processes are getting completed accurately and completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Preferred the old interface way of displaying checklists (current processes in progress). I often mis-click the checklist template and go into edit more when I mean to view current checklists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Process Street for order processing to ensure each part of my order process is completed accurately and completely. It's easy to see where each order is up to in the order process, it allows me to collect data during the process which I use to trigger Zaps in Zapier to automate customer/supplier emails, new processes, CRM updates, follow up reminders, calendar entries, bookkeeping entries, etc. It's just so powerful! I love it so much! Conditional logic is also very powerful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for easy to use software for documenting your business processes AND tracking and completing those processes - check out Process Street. I've tried a few other tools and they just seem to overcomplicate the process (as well as be overpriced). But Process St is very affordable and you can get into it easily and just start building out your processes and following them. Can't live without it!
Great for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I use the checklists all the time to make sure that I'm not missing anything on my big projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the free version only allows for a handful of checklists but that hasn't been an issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of little important details to go through for my wine releases. The templates allow me to run the same checklists for every new release so I can double check everything as I go.
