    Information Technology and Services

Process Street is a key tool that I use to explain and document steps for my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and allows a variety of media (images, video, etc) to be included in the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that setting up the correct sharing options to be a bit challenge...not complicated but at first glance it's overwhelming. The terms maybe think of Google's share options which most people do not get right. I'd much prefer to have a share option that said "Share a view-only version with people outside your organization such as customers, friends, etc. They can create their own free Process.st account as well as create processes and checklists."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm able to document processes within my own business that I can share with temporary staff so I can focus on other parts of my business.

Additionally, I'm able to share processes for my clients as part of a membership program for them to follow.

I love Process Street

What do you like best about the product?
I let me create my enterprise processes with great flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high and the interface is unwelcoming at first. I can overcome those issues but I'm having a hard time embarking on coworkers on the app...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in France with a long tradition of oral processes. The problem I face every day is how to make information transparent without having a meeting every five minutes. Process Street allows me to do just that.

I also use it for my personal daily routine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should try it with a small team of enthusiasts & early adopters first before digitalizing your processes and forcing everyone to come. Your coworkers may not like the change if it's too sudden. I work in France and changing anything is a very delicate matter...

Great For Keeping Track of Orders

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, multiple checklists, & more
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to set due dates by business vs calendar days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to run many real estate orders at the same time. Timelines are very important and this lets me keep up with many (and more to come) without worrying about something getting forgotten.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth the subscription and will take care of you

Process.st invites a great level of collaboration and document control to all workscapes!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Process.st is the ability to manipulate and shape templates to such a wide variety of needs. We utilize checklists for imports, orders, production, warehousing tasks, cleaning, etc. Being able to upload records, report and carry the task on to the next assignee is invaluable. It cuts down on our work significantly and assures that tasks are being done, even when we're not monitoring that part of the project.

Having the ability to check back and review records and comments to understand where we did great and where we can improve is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more glaring issues with Process.st is the mobile interface. While the site does scale to smaller devices, I don't feel it's as usable as a dedicated mobile app could be with an overall UI/UX redesign.

Attachment download, upload, viewing, etc could also use some touch-up. When wanting to preview .pdf/.xls/.docx attachments, there isn't a way to view without downloading the document. Photos are able to be previewed and this is an awesome feature we'd like to see extended to documents and any other file type.

When we invite people in, we have to train them on it and continue to provide support as they acclimate. For people with low computer literacy, it's somewhat intimidating and they avoid the checklists unless we continually remind them. We know Process.st reminds them via email, but it doesn't seem to encourage them to complete the lists, they see it as a nag... It's an unfortunate truth with people who aren't as process oriented as we are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document control and assignments to collaborators has been very useful.

Good for teams

What do you like best about the product?
With Process Street, you build steps and can include instructions. This is very helpful for us as we have a lot of auditors come in, so we normally operate with paper checklists to make sure every step is done, since we know it will be checked later. It's helpful because now instead of passing around paper checklists as everyone does their own part of it, we can electronically hand things off to others. A lot easier to work as teams with some working at home. And with instructions attached, if one person has to be out, others can take over their duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much anyone can do a checklist without any special training, which is great. It does take some knowledge to build the templates in, so we have one person on our team who is skilled in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awesome when some people are working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Process Street is that it is pretty user friendly, especially to start creating and using basic processes. I also like the integrations and some of the more complex features that the software offers if you spend the time to learn how to use them. They can really improve your work efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hurdle with a software like this is getting your staff to use it. New software can be intimidating. We did have a training session, but I found it was a little too much too fast when staff were just getting introduced to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall this system is helping us to make our processes consistent and ensure that everyone knows who is accountable for different tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for documenting actually processes, with checklists, instructions and clear accountabilities then this software does the trick.

Process Street is life changing

What do you like best about the product?
SO MANY THINGS: 1) that you can make one checklist (for hiring, for onboarding, for how to run payroll, etc) for things you do frequently (or even infrequently) and then run the list for separate occasions (each person you hire, for example). 2) you can assign different tasks to different people and give them due dates (and the due dates can be "smart dates" from your original checklist - ie it knows to tell the comms dept to add the person to website on first day). 3) super easy to use and learn and add additional (free) functionality, like conditional formatting (some tasks only show up if you are hiring a certain position). 4) you can make some tasks private or hidden, so not everyone who is part of the onboarding process list knows the person's salary, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing they've already made better is an easy place to see everything you need to do across checklists. A nice to have for me would be able to assign to different people within tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've grown A LOT in a short time, so multiple are involved when someone is onboarded. I tried to make a spreadsheet to track what everyone needed to do, and it didn't work. This was exactly what we were looking for.

Now different team members use it to capture standard operating procedures. It's super helpful during this pandemic so if a finance member needs to take time off, someone will know how to run payroll, step by step.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just buy it!

A must-have!

What do you like best about the product?
Probably my favorite thing about Process Street is the ease of use. It's extremely user-friendly and intuitive for someone new to the platform. It doesn't take anytime to understand the platform and quickly start building content. I also really enjoy how it's essentially a checklist with directions (the second part I wasn't expecting) all-in-one! You can easily add additional text for detailed instructions, pictures to help clarify, etc. to any tasks once an employee reaches that task. Another plus for Process Street is how that the platform comes with an extensive amount of pre-build templates that you can easily edit to customize specifically for your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is minor, but you cannot move multiple templates into a folder at once. Instead, you have to individually move one at a time. Again, this is minor but it would be a nice feature. Other than that, I really have no complaints! I am enjoying this platform more than expected!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving various problems related to responsibilities, process, project management, accountability and organization. For example, we're using Process Street to streamline our onboarding; making sure tasks are assigned to the correct people. We're also using it to improve our SOP process by creating checklists in Process Street that are easier to leverage on-the-job. Personally, my team is using it as a way to stay organized and on the same page for various projects that they are working to roll out. We're also using it as an accountability tool which has been wonderful. Focusing whether or not an employee completed a task, and to what degree of accuracy, can be based solely on data derived from Process Street, taking emotion/opinions out of the conversation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is honestly a must-have for your business! I would recommend coming up with checklists before you even start with Process Street. Uploading checklists into this platform is as easy and copy and paste. There is no heavy lifting, but it would help your company stay ahead of the game by already having checklists built out. Other than that, I just recommend getting Process Street TODAY because you'll notice a difference by tomorrow!
