Invaluable resource for problem-solving and business process improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street has countless useful templates that you can easily deploy, or you can create a huge range of custom ones yourself. Then you can run the templates as checklists, working through each specific step with rich options for recording details, setting up an approval process, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the interface and ease of use of Process Street, and cannot say that I dislike anything about it to be honest. It is an incredibly useful tool and I am only on the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to create a Pareto Principle template, which really helped me solve some problems I was working on, amongst several other uses so far, including website launch and reseller account setup checklists. The latter two assisted me in ensuring no step was overlooked in these business processes, which was vital to my business.
Expensive but Worth It.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so incredibly easy to use. From the first time I logged in, I understood how to use every feature. Also, the team is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Process Street costs way more than comparative products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street is the place that our team stores not only our standard operating procedures, but also our business plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure those features are what you want. It is expensive, but if the features are valuable to you then it is totally worth it.
Process St is absolutely integral to our operations and compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and breadth of functionality that the platform provides is incredible. The ability to integrate to all of our other core applications via Zapier saves us hours each week and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small UX kinks here and there that are not deal breakers, but would improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adhering to our key controls and ensuring we are 100% compliant.
Suprisingly useful
What do you like best about the product?
The consistent layout and look and feel of all procedures you create
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor visual functionalities (like the ability to collapse menus or change the width of the sidebar)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With a tool like this, you can focus on the content itself and not the format or how to deploy your SOP to your users
Process.st is literally a must have.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it forces you to evaluate your processes as you create and run them. Instant accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have found it to be exactly what I would expect in a software tool. I use it as an integral part of my day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency and a daily schedule for activities.
Do not use this product unless you like deleted data
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow is intuitive and easy; however, the way they manage data is terrible. As a result of our use of Process Street, we have lost mission-critical data due to their bad architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Process Street handles data is terrible. Do not use this product if the work you do is important and meaningful. They will lose your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use Process Street as a way of storing process information. Instead, all of our processes got destroyed because they lost our data.
Adjustable system useful to many industries
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build out processes and especially your own conditional logic functions with no coding or extensive tutorials is a huge draw. The templates are easy to update and rearrange as processes need tweaking. I can train pretty much anyone into this system and have team members all over the world using it to track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a simple way to sort your lists by data points from within the system, you really have to export the information via csv to make the data fully sortable. That's something I've been able to work around pretty easily, but it's a function many businesses will be wanting, so be aware you'll need to set up a consistent export process. I wish it had a dark mode since it is up on my screen all day long and all the white gets intense after a while. Finally, the inbox feature is not sortable enough for our purposes, so it tends to get overloaded and we have pretty much had to abandon it, but it would be a good system for a fewer number of task lists (we're managing up to 100 at a time).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for transaction management of 50+ deals at once. It has helped us keep our tracking far more consistently, and has allowed us to train new team members into our processes more seamlessly. It is also storing our email templates, connects to our file system, and is used to produce some of our data reports.
Great program for what it does.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to create foolproof checklists for all of your internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more automation available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When employees are not familiar with how to do something we can just assign them a checklist and they can run with the assignment.
A powerful tool yet extremly user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very clean and intuitive.
Powerful features that enable you to organise and automate work for the entire company
Powerful features that enable you to organise and automate work for the entire company
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of conditional logic visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use process street as a hub for all working procedures, job descriptions and to organise company knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start by making the first workflow about standardizing the structure, language of all workflows and content. Empower your users to build workflows by themselves while asking them to follow a standard format.
Amazing Process Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Zapier and unique embed and form fill options - literally make this the most versatile way to automate your business and build a solid framework for success. The platform allows you to confront any of the largest challenges that you run into with business systemization by offering you a solution that is robust and well thought out. I like how the website loads on our IPads and the team is also actively working on a mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the only dislike that I have is that the mobile application hasn’t been released yet. I also would like to see additional Zapier options available that help get around the Guest limitations where possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated client onboarding processes - creation of Microsoft Team’s channel, sending of onboarding materials, etc.
Automated employee hiring and training processes as well as system access requests.
Automated employee hiring and training processes as well as system access requests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The solution is robust and deceptively simple. Make sure you schedule an onboarding call so you are fully prepared with tips and tricks that will make your integration easier. Especially when it comes to understanding how their plans work. You do NOT need to pay for multiple users if your guest count will suffice. There are ways you can keep costs very low with this tool.
