Exactly what I needed to crystallise our processes and make the actionable at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool helps you but also forces you to split up a workflow in manageable/checkable tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the possibility to more easily export the Process Templates so I can further document the process for our workforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use it to manage our Delivery Preparation and Return Flow. Due to Process Street I know that every outgoing delivery and incoming return is handled in exactly the same way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Layout your process first, before creating your template, otherwise you'll do a lot of useless back and forwards.

If you have a business, you need Process Street

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best way to create and manage recurring processes. You can create basic processes in seconds or in our case, we have some very complex workflows with conditional logic, variable fields and approvals. PS also integrates into a vast array of third-party apps using Zapier that allow us to automate many tasks, such as onboarding emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not PS specific but you need to ensure to keep your processes up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using PS for years and it literally manages every recurring process that we have, from building and opening new locations to changing our menu seasonally and everything in between. Having a single source of truth and documented processes allows us to focus on other areas of our business. When new employees are onboarded, we don't have to worry about training on how to perform any of these processes as they are fully documented.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're unsure about PS, give it a try and just create a basic process that will take a few minutes. You will quickly see how easy their software is to use.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of Process St is that it is comprehensive in breaking down any Process or System into the most granular steps on a checklist with detailed instructions of how to get each step done. Because it presents information in such a clear way, as long as each step is well documented, anyone can come in and learn how to execute an your systems properly in a very short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found anything that I don't like about Process St. I've used it for almost a year and I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not having enough time.

We automate all sorts of processes including administrative processes, sales follow up processes, sales pipeline processes, operational processes, etc. Once their set up, everyone knows what to and when without having to think about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have processes and systems, I would recommend automating them with Process ST. It will change your life.

Overall, love love love Process.st

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to share a checklist with an employee and know that an entire process is outlined for them, including emails, screenshots, mini checklists, and detailed instructions, and that checklist can be edited and updated as often as I'd like.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding dates it drives me crazy to always have to attach a time as well. I use Zapier to shoot data to all kinds of spreadsheets and email and stuff, and the time added to the date always clutters up the results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is invaluable to me to be able to reference that checklist, complete with documents and comments when reviewing work.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to learn. You can just start to build your processes in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is setup in a higher level than we would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We support our main processes by using this tool. We first wanted to fully automate our processes but this ends up in a never ending story. Process street is straight forward and brings the processes to the users with a minimum of effort to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use it and go ahead.

A game changer for productivity and delegation

  • November 17, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Process St. is a platform dedicated to workflow and processes. While you can do some of the same in ASANA, Trello, AirTable and others Process St. is completely superior and even makes you naturally improve your processes as you are documenting them and moving your written processes from your text documents to the incredible versatile platform. It is really a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the platform is slow up starting up and you wait a little before you can search. I would wish that new features were developed for using calculations as part of a process, but I would be surprised if the team is not already working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me as founder to delegate, improved the quality and consistency of our processes and helped define and initiate processes that we were not able to deal with before. I have also engaged my employees in defining processes themselves creating productivity for everyone across the board. It's simply a game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start by creating a process at the same time as you are working on it. You will see how your process instantly gets improved, standardized and ready for delegation.

    Non-Profit Organization Management

Do it again and again. A process for everything.

  • November 04, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Checklists superpowers! It is a great tool for organizing projects and tasks done again and again. It is an organizers dream. If you spend the time to organize the steps you take on any project that you repeat, you should put it in process.st so you can incrementally improve your work each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited ability to export and read longer checklists. The organization of checklists and the ways completed checklists are archived and managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started with content publishing, webinars, and volunteer organizing. We have been expanding the use both with more complex bits of work and with simple tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it time. It is easy to use but the shift in thinking about it takes a while to set in. Once the team "gets it" the power of process.st really shines.

Decent platform for what it does

  • November 01, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The information is presented OK. The colors are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initials for the various team members are badly displayed - if you have a team with multiple team members who share the same initials it could become really confusing! Perhaps the first name is better displayed fully!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just the daily work checklist we have to complete!

Empower your team!

  • October 29, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The wide array of functionality that's already built into the platform. I also like that the process are easily edited for improved functionality. We're constantly updating process and we encourage and empower our team to always be improving efficiency and reducing mistakes. Once trained on Process Street, they're able to do these changes and updates on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
would like if you could comment on individual subtasks instead of just at the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's helped our team be more accountable for their actions. Tasks that are time sensitive, important steps that need to be followed, and even mundane daily tasks have a place and can be monitored.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pull the trigger on it.
