Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I logged all my processes once and can now mindlessly check off tasks on my checklist instead of using up valuable mental bandwidth. I can also edit and improve these processes seamlessly as I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm on a year-long free trial run and would love to use all of these great features for free going forward (I use Process Street for my media platform -- a blog and podcast network -- that is not currently generating any revenue just yet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed me to keep track of all of the regular processes I go through on a weekly basis and run through them without much thinking. It's a way to log and keep track of everything. It comes most in handy when I've recorded multiple podcasts with multiple guests and am keeping track of the steps of my post-production process for each.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep refining your processes to make them more effective and more efficient.
Process Street Works With Me
What do you like best about the product?
The tool saves me lots of time and frustration. I recently was reminded of this when one of the features broke (as they do in all software). It forced me to do my processes "the old way" for a short time. Process Street support was right on it, understood the problem immediately, and even helped me develop a workaround while they fixed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more friendly with larger sized files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I process a lot of audio files and publish them with articles and photos. Process Street helps me manage an approvals process, keeping audio, photos, copy, and metadata all together in the same place. My clients love using it because confusion is eliminated and no more tons of emails back and forth and getting mixed up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the staff consultations, webinars, etc. They are so great to work with and have helped me a lot in making Process Street an integral part of how I do business.
Great SOP and Workflow Software
What do you like best about the product?
Process.st allows you to organize and streamline your workflows and process in a way that makes it easy to duplicate your efforts. When I have to on-board a new employee, I only have to run down a checklist with them 1-2 times no matter how complex the process. Also because the process is outlined in front of my employees, they are able to participate in process improvement...and THAT is the real gold that I have been able to extract from using Process.st
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the inbox is set up makes it easy for a ton of tasks to pile up. It give the semblance that you have a bunch of unread messages when it's really just notifying you about upcoming work. Also I wish there was a one click text option similar to the one click email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to train my employees faster as well as delegate/automate more work faster! Before I used Process Street I was creating workflows inside of spreadsheets which were GREAT but they didn't have the additional capabilities like one click email or due date reminders. Even as a single creator and user of my processes, it has become infinitely easier to complete tasks because Process Street.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Process st is a great tool to use if you need to scale/automate your business. The checklists that you will create on here will literally become the skeleton of your business. Everything else will be build upon that.
I learned this tool in a few hours and just would like to do all with it now...
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple, and easy to learn. The process designer is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Performance sometimes seems to be a bit poor. The UI should be optimized to Always Show real time Information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
simple to complex processes with Involvement of external users as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
just try it - look into the full universum of videos and articles - you will love it.

Process Street as a BPM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a BPM associate and our team members works from different places and in different shifts. Earlier we found it very difficult to be in track with their onboarding requirements and due to the lack of proper communication the onboarding time has been delayed and by using the checklist all of us are in same platform and understand the required documents. While as a team creating the workflows and SOP's for the process remains challenging earlier and there was a conflict of interest as all of us are not available on a single point. Now each and every team members were aligned in the same workflow and uniform procedures are followed which shows a great sigh of relief in the team efficiency. It helped us to organize all our business informations and forms at one place .
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any negativity but only one thing is that individual task cannot be assigned to various team members within the process.

So far, so good
What do you like best about the product?
Having a place to clearly define our processes and check how workflows are efficient or inefficient and being able to make updates to that process in real time and have everyone see the changes process same-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little laggy when pushing updates on templates and there seem to be weird glitchy things where we have to refresh a page a few times to make sure we're working on the right checklist.
Also, it's gotten better now but the chat support was awful in the beginning. This is a problem for more tech-y companies and is increasingly annoying. Now I'm determining which companies are worth working with and which aren't based off their support and onboarding. When submitting chat support requests, it was as though everything I said was completely ignored, cherry-picked for keywords, then very elementary troubleshooting was suggested that was either completely unrelated or that I said I had already tried.
Especially in our line of work (property management) there is extreme urgency in completing some things quickly and more importantly, accurately. This is why we loved Process.St bc paper checklists get lost or absentmindedly checked off and can be inaccurate records of what has been completed. So when we run into a hiccup or have a question, and I have to wait an hour only to repeat my question in 5 different ways over the course of a work day, it is frustrating.

Very useful for repetitive lists of processes
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly, easy to use and edit. Perfect for tracking the processes of multiple employees at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a mobile app yet. Besides emails, it doesn't have desktop or mobile alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of processes of ISO 9001:2015
I love Process Street!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how complete it is. Everything I wished to have covered in such a product is already there. The UI is also intuitive and joyful to play with.

In the beginning it was a bit complicated. I also found it difficult to understand a lot of features. This changed when I went deeply through the docs to understand as much as I could.
