The way all software should work
What do you like best about the product?
The folks are process street have created a program that works well. It is intuitive and includes lots of features. More than that the customer service is top tier. If I ask a question, I get a response usually within 30 minutes. Always before their self-imposed deadline of 24 hours. Not only that, they take suggestions and needs to heart. I have offered suggestions and seen it happen within a few weeks. They are constantly improving. I really love the program and people behind it. I have used a lot of programs and worked with a lot of software companies over 20 years owning a small business. Process St. ranks in the top 3 of companies I've worked used.

There isn't the ability to add To Do Lists. Also, Printing a process on paper, while it can be done, is very paper intensive with no ability to edit.

Whenever we have a series of tasks that is repeated and/or requires multiple people. It is the perfect way to cross-train and have transparency in cyclical projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Training is key for adoption. It is easy for some to adopt and use, but others have a hard time getting it. It takes discipline to get all staff using.
Very user friendly and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street has been incredibly easy to integrate into our existing workflow, and has made straightforward communication with clients much simpler. By putting the information and resources we need from them into a managed checklist, we have eliminated a lot of back and forth email requests, and formalized the request in a way that gets results faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few differences between the free plan and the business plan, but the business plan charges $25/user. It could be much more cost effective to add multiple users by having tiered pricing for different sized organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Process Street for G Suite to formalize and streamline our new client onboarding. It's sleek and easy to use, and helps keep our clients on track with sending us the information and resources we need to launch their accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look into how many users you actually need to pay for before setting up each business member, since it charges per seat.
