Easy to use, concise, tool with a robust set of features
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street does a great job consolidating all of my tasks for projects into concise lists. I can take care of some tasks myself while I delegate more specialized tasks to other team members. Communication with Process Street is also easy as it gets everyone involved. It's allowed me to streamline my projects while providing a great user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI can be a bit busy at times and older projects are sometimes hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with documentation for tasks and projects being jumbled and not in a singular location. Process Street has allowed us to streamline that process and consolidate all of our projects into it.

Customizable and flexible, as well as easy to create and edit any process based on your need and vision. Plus its reasonably priced. All reflective of a great mgmt.

Enhanced reports. Would be ideal to pull customizable reports

What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is awesome because you can tweak it to fit your team’s vibe and make everything run smoother. It keeps everyone on track, so you don’t have to stress about missing steps or messing things up. Plus, the automated checklists and real-time updates make it super easy to stay organised and get stuff done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. There is nothing I do not like about Process Street. Unless it ceases to exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street helps solve the chaos of managing repetitive tasks and keeping everyone on the same page. It makes it easy to create and follow step-by-step workflows, so nothing gets missed and things get done right every time. It also saves time by automating tasks and letting you track progress in real time, which means less confusion and more focus on what really matters.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes our life easier and helps on keeping track of my projects, in an easy way to implement and integrate with our tools. The costumer support works great and is really helpfull. I use it almost every day.

So far so good, don't have anything to dislike.

It is helping with our employee onboarding, making our rapid grouth smoother and easier.

Keeping all staff on the same page, working through flows in the same manner
Helps Keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
It reminds me when i have tasks to do or if i am late on a task. We manage almost 200 properties so sometimes things can slip through the cracks. PS keeps me accountable for items i would probably otherwise forget.

Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive i have found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it serves primarily as a reminder for our tasks as to related to move ins, move outs and lease renewals.
Simplify creating and running your workflows
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to modify and individualize your workflows. If something isn't working or is clunky you can remove or edit it to better fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have something that is only used 30 percent of the time you still have to do it or put an extra option that it wasn't needed instead of having if then optional steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure onboarding is done the same for every instance.
Best Product
What do you like best about the product?
Process Street is a product that every company should have. It is great for daily tasks, checklists, and reminders. It automatically starts new checklists or tasks. I do not have to think about it a lot; Process Street does it for me. It is very easy to use, and the support team is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Process Street, there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps streamline the tasks that need to be done. It is perfect for multiple employees to work together to finish the different tasks.
