Process Street is game-changing for workflow. We couldn't live without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Process Street is that we can create detailed checklists with documentation and then combine human tasks with automated tasks via the Zapier integration. It's the perfect blend of human and automation.

We've built our entire podcast and media production business around using Process Street to standardize our processes. It allows me to run a remote company and know that the work is getting done without looking over everyone's shoulder all the time. We use it every day all day long.

Also, the customer support is responsive and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Data Set feature is new and needs some work on the user interface. It's not easy to navigate the tables compared to a solution like Airtable.

I'd also like to see better guest management. We add a lot of guests, and we have many people in dropdown fields that I would love to be able to hide so we don't accidentally assign tasks to a guest rather than an internal team member.

But these are minor complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process Street solves both project management and our documentation of standard operating procedures. Finding these two solutions in one application is huge for our business.

It allows me to document a process once and know that the team will follow it in a systematic way. This is critical for a remote company where it's not as easy to walk over to somebody's desk and ask a question.

I also love how Process Street lets you cascade changes to workflow templates to the existing workflow runs. This means that our processes stay standardized across multiple projects and clients.

Good for small processes, terrible for long ones

  • July 29, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It provides several features that allow you to create and manage processes, so you can keep a big library of processes well organized.

Support has always been quick, even though responses are not always great.

Configuring the processes is not as easy, but not that hard as well, they have good documentation for most things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are weird bugs, that happen more often than not, like processes that are marked as completed not getting removed from the task list, creating quite a bit of confusion.

The tool itself is quite heavy, if you are using it on a Mac with 8GB of memory, be prepared to face some heavy slowdowns that make it impossible for you to work on long processes.

Long processes with logic are hard to maintain and sometimes even execute, due to small bugs and poorly designed interfaces for managing the logic.

Integrations with other tools are too limited, some are best done through Zapier (which is quite expensive), than through Process Street directly.

For the price that you pay, my expectation was way higher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with making sure our team follows the process, avoiding situations where things are forgotten or not done at all.

What do you like best about the product?
1) I love how Process Street's Conditional Logic feature simplifies our workflows. We can set up specific actions based on different conditions, which keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently.

2) The Wand feature is like magic! Automatically inputting information into fields has streamlined our processes and reduced the time spent on manual data entry. It's incredibly efficient.

3) I appreciate the great customer support provided by Process Street. Their team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making the platform user-friendly and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup for linking processes in Process Street somewhat confusing and tricky. The setup process is not very intuitive; it can be hard to create seamless connections between different workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Process Street, we've been able to streamline our SOPs, making them easily accessible and understandable for all team members. This has reduced errors and enhanced overall performance.

More than a workflow software

What do you like best about the product?
I started using this software after trying out many project management/workflow products. This product had the ability for recurring projects, which was the main need. In addition, we have been able to use this for information pages for employees, and the addition of tasks makes it a complete project. They are constantly adding new features and their customer service is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little daunting when you get started, but look at the support pages and it will be easy to understand and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recurring projects, employee information and processes, tracking my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The features that already exist have quickly become essential tools to our team, and there are consistently new features coming out. The team is incredibly helpful and responsive when I have a support request or feature suggestion, and they even meet with me once a year to ensure that I am aware of and taking full advantage of the features available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still somewhat in development. This also though, is a huge plus, because there are consistently new features being added. I have only ever encountered one bug, and it was fixed by the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a solid platform through which we can standardize processes that require frequent and precise repetition.

Has Helped Our Startup Immensely with Processes

  • December 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to let non-users access processes has been very helpful. We have used Process Street to create a Finance Resources page for all other employees to submit documents and lookup information themselves. Also, they are constantly providing improvements and new features. We use the product every day. Customer support is always very helpful and follows up as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is prohibitive for adding users. It would be nice if there were tiers for different levels of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided a way to deliver information to employees via a self-service page. Moving processes to the software helps to ensure steps aren't forgotten.
