Thorough & Insightful; Very happy with our partnership!
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly thorough, responsive and insightful; a fantastic value that feels like a true partnership as opposed to a relationship with a vendor. Head and shoulders above and beyond our previous IDS/IPS vendor!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate to be cliche but after a number of years with AWN, there is nothing that I am dissatisfied with. We actively look for opportunities to extend our partnership with AWN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recent threat communications are timely and concise with suggested solutions delivered right to my inbox - a one stop for awarness and remediation. AWN has filled gaps in our security awareness by alerting us to be best practices, benchmarking scans and cloud monitoring services. The Managed Security Awareness Training is something we are very excited for: it removes the administrative overhead of discussing, selecting and reviewing training topics. The mangement of training content and cadence will help to improve our overall awareness by keeping security in the forefront of employees minds and actions.
Simply the best and a leader in this space for a reason.
What do you like best about the product?
Partnering with Arctic Wolf allows my company to sleep easy at night knowing our networks are monitored 24x7 by world-class professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to resolve some false positives but that hardly happens anymore because the longer you partner with them the smarter their AI gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to feel rushed to hire more Full time Employees to manage your security program, a company can now take their time looking for the right personnel.
Great next gen protection
What do you like best about the product?
Protection from current threats we face today. Non definition based A/V with a great online portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online portal doesn't have MFA built-in yet. Otherwise, everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay protected since this endpoint solution is AI and behavioral based versus a traditional definition-based A/V.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works very well and as intended for a next-gen antivirus. However, this product does not contain a roll-back feature for ransomware. Otherwise it has everything else you need.
Good service and extensive coverage.

I like the meetings to review our reports and the settings on the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems high but compared to hiring a full time person who could not be as available as the staff, this is still a good deal.

We see the issues that would normally take more digging on our part.
Arctic Wolf monitoring is exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf allows our security team to focus more on improving our security footprint while filtering out the "noise" that accompanies monitoring and alerting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I can think of.

Arctic Wolf allows our security team to focus their efforts on internal systems and improvements without having to spend time monitoring and alerting.

We are currently trying to solve our sysmon issue, and we understand this will help us get better visibility in our environment
A review of Arctic Wolf
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to the AI component, there are real experts analyzing and monitoring our system activity, alerting us when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had difficulty automating installation of the client software on Mac devices, had to do them all manually. The Windows side was simple and straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now see network traffic to hosts and identify potential undesired activity. We've been alerted of 3rd party data breaches that we were previously unaware of. Our network is more secure.
Arctic Wolf helps fill the void for our companies security
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf alerts us when changes are made in our environment that has characteristics of coming from a bad actor. It helps to identify devices on our network that have security flaws. Monthly meetings to make sure we don't have any issues that need addressing and to keep us informed of security changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see Arctic Wolf offer some sort of End Point Protection so when our devices are away from our networks, we know they are being monitored and that the files are being scanned for malware when they are away from the Arctic Wolf sensors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very beneficial to have the security risks pointed out to us so we can make sure we stay on top of the.
Strong Cybersecurity partner with room for process improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf has a strong base of logging integration and reporting capabilities. CSOC engineers seem very knowledgeable and responsive to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Arctic Wolf should merge the ticketing portal with the risk dashboard into a single pane of glass view for the customer. The executive summary data reports seem limited; it would be nice to see the full breadth of what the CSOC team investigated, not only ticketed events. My opinion is that the customer security journey roadmap is still in development and is in early testing with customers. Quarterly security reviews could benefit from a focus on the security journey, an overview of any day one or high vulnerable exploits in the wild, a quick review of open tickets, review systems hardening, and any general questions between customer and CSOC team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows patching and vulnerable application visibility. Arctic Wolf has given us visibility into our systems to see where we need to focus on removing or updating specific applications and/or operating systems.
Arctic Wolf has proven to be a reliable partner in our cyber security portfolio.

Arctic Wolf is a company that is easy to work with, and their products and services have proven effective at identifying and stopping threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been engaged with Arctic Wolf for a little over 6 months no and up to this point I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Arctic Wolf as the primary tool in our cyber security profile. We have it integrated with our firewall, Microsoft 365 and SentinelOne. The monitoring services they provide have proven to be very quick to identify abnormalities.
