Arctic Wolf is truly an extension of your staff, constantly surveying the environment
What do you like best about the product?
They truly are an extension of our staff. They enable us to keep a close eye on the landscape and alert us to any anomalies. They are always there to assist us, providing recommendations and best practice alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything negative to say about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are our security operations center & do that well. I have a small staff and do not have the ability to monitor 24*7. That is where they fill in the gap. They alert us to anomalies immediately and provide ongoing best practice recommendations. We just signed up for managed risk to help us continuously scan our environment.

The perfect relationship between security and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
They care, they honor their commitment and no matter what products you acquire from them, you will be taken care of in the right way, with integrity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet; up to now, Arctic Wolf has been amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing the education our user base needs to remain vigilant and protected while also helping us from a SOC perspective to react to real-time threats in our network.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, one of the most significant advantages of Arctic Wolf is that the solution is agnostic in terms of what other products we choose to use. The onboarding has been very smooth and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of yet, I have not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the 24 hours a day, 365-day-a-year protection that my small team could not cover. I sleep better at night.
Artic Wolf Best Siem Solution I have used!
What do you like best about the product?
The monthly Cadence reports. They keep us on top of things... We are a lean IT Department and they keep our priorities in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many alerts. Sometimes it is like white noise. But I am sure that is configurable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used as our log ingestion. It shows us our risks with impossible travel logins. It is saving us money as we used to use Knowbe4 now we are leveraging our investment in Artic Wolf to provide user training.

They operate more as a partner then a vendor

We would like to move into the higher tiers of service, but the cost is holding us back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users are much more aware and cautious, which has saved us from several potentially horrible situations.
Positive experience with Arctic Wolf
What do you like best about the product?
Having a dedicated Cybersecurity Concierge Team that feels like they are part of your Information Security staff. Being able to have dedicated contacts to contact with any security question.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great for Arctic Wolf to have more visibility in the east-to-west traffic inspection on the network. Develop a service that provides this visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of monitoring my network 24/7/365. I've realized the benefit of having Arctic Wolf monitoring my network when I can't find staff during off-business hours, holidays, and weekends.
Arctic Wolf is like hiring an entire SOC team for a fraction of the cost
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a smaller enterprise with a small or no security team, it can be hard to have visibility into all your resources. Arctic Wolf makes this much easier to deal with as it has eyes on everything. It will alert on what is important to you. It's customizable that way. You don't have to be everywhere at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts can be annoying until you get them configured to your needs. The good thing is this doesn't take long and is easy to do. I really do not like having another agent on every device, but that's just part of the territory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am currently the only dedicated info security person on the team, it allows me to have visibility into trouble spots that I may otherwise miss. They also provide assistance when a problem is found, so it helps me become a better infosec employee.

What do you like best about the product?
Incident Alerts & Security Bulletins regarding critical vulnerabilities have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances when it took several tries before they found a resolution to an issue we were experiencing.

Excellent Value to Improve Cybersecurity Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf is a low-impact training partner in better preparing your staff and organization against cybersecurity risks. It is a lower cost option than other competitors, which makes the value proposition compelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the training videos can seem a little cheesy at times. They are meant to be engaging and to keep the attention of those who especially need the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By offering easy-to-understand videos, Arctic Wolf is directly improving the knowledge base of our employees when it comes to digital threats. This saves me a great deal of time from having to take on this task myself.
