Revolutionizing Cloud Cost Management with Finout
What do you like best about the product?
Finout is very quick and easy to implement, simple for technical and business teams to understand and use to manage cloud consumption and just works. Their support has been exceptional from day one and they truly listen to feedback in order to improve the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but expanding on capabilites like cost guard and commitments for Azure would be great. Mobile responsiveness could be improved.

Provides great visibility into cloud costs from multiple aggregated sources
What do you like best about the product?
- The ability to collect cost related information of multiple cloud products into 1 platform
- Slice and filter the data according to various factors
- Create dashboards that showcase multiple pieces of information from various categories
- Ability to define anomalies based on filters
- Most developers in the company use it almost daily
- Eager to help and support in case of issues

What do you dislike about the product?
- It is purely a visibility platform. Any action or tracking needs to be done elsewhere
- I would have liked integration to additional products (Integration that's out-of-the-box)
- Cost saving recommendations are basic
- The overall product and company is very much stull in growing stages - features need to be refined and present an edge over capabilities of competitors

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide different personas within the company the ability to see and aggregate cost related information from multiple products that we're using.
Easy-to-use cost analyser for medium and large cloud setups
What do you like best about the product?
Finout makes it easy to filter, group, and visualise cost data from all your cloud platforms. With virtual tagging, tag management burden becomes lighter as tags can be created from existing cost queries instead of having to meticulously add the tags to cloud resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features missing that I'd really want to have: More visualisation options for comparing costs of a selected time period to a previous period of the same length. This would help with quickly analysing how the cost trends have changed over time (e.g. week-to-week or month-to-month).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives visibility to the overall cloud cost structure, which helps me find out the most important cost optimisation targets.

What do you like best about the product?
Finout offers an exceptional platform for managing cloud costs, providing detailed insights into spending across various services. I particularly appreciate the ability to allocate costs, which enhances accountability and helps in budget management. The real-time monitoring and alerts for unexpected spending are invaluable, allowing for proactive financial management.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Finout is a powerful tool, it can sometimes be overwhelming due to the sheer volume of data it presents. For new users, the learning curve can be steep, and it may take time to fully understand all the features and functionalities. Additionally, some users may find that certain advanced features require a deeper technical understanding, which could be a barrier for non-technical team members.

Monitor cloud cost on a daily basis, from all vendors in one view. See anomalies, create user dashboard and manage the day to day of FinOps team.

-The Virtual tagging feature that allows cost allocation on resources that are related to the same proejct over different clouds.
-Data access limitation per user that allows the admin to control which users in the org gets to see what data. Allows more flexability with giving access to different users from different teams.

Optimization opportunities are mainly relevant for AWS and they way those are presented is not convinient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Bringing all costs from different Cloud vendors and other SaaS tools to one place, this remove the need to visit many vendors' native cost tools
- Allow cost allocation from all clouds for features/product that use resources on multiple clouds and create easy monitoring and alerting on the whole feature/product cost rather than creating it on each vendor native tool and analyze piece by piece.

Relativly new product and some features are still missing. the roadmap is on the right way

Finout provides us a clear view to our main cloud billing data with the abillity to classify the costs to the relevent budget owner and track thier usage

Crap - Not worth it
What do you like best about the product?
nothing help you saves cost and its just adds up when you need to build your dashboards with megacost along with the virtual tagging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. The program is not worth it at all

it was only adding to the problems.
