What do you like best about the product?
The support is unmatched. They are always willing to hop on a call and help out when needed. Having a dedicated CSM that holds weekly or bi weekly calls helps us stay on track with our goals. The use of automation is also very easy to build out and help is always available if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the platform can be improved during peak email send times I.e. holidays, etc.
During those times, emails take a long time to process which isn't helpful for timely emails.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a CRM that provided next level comarketing capabilities and the ability to provide automation to follow the customer from the beginning of the journey to the end and then help us retain them for future business.
