1 year into running TE
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to use and customize to our unique needs. Customer support is always available, and the reps are very knowledgable of the software and the finance industry. I was able to attend the conference last summer and the information presented on the industry and the bonus software learning were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding can be a bit overwhelming. There are so many options available that it can be hard to decide on the best path for your company. The team is great, and very knowedgeable and patient in the process, but getting started is a big hurdle. I also wish reporting was better. I wish users could better pull specicfic lists of customers for their needs. We have branch managers who would like to access customer data per their location, create call lists for staff etc, and we have no way to pull out the data we are putting into TE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mortgage lenders came to us with the need for a CRM. They are very happy with the data it provides. It was a bonus that marketing was also looking for a new automaton provider. It provides the lending team some autonomy in how they want to communicate with their clients, but we also know that what they are sending is marketing approved and compliant.
