Total Expert does great automation that focuses on the customer.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that TE has a lot of opportunities for automation by offering the journeys and the focused views.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology performance dwindles a bit and is not always reliable.

We are opening the door for more business growth and allowing LO's to operate more efficiently through automated communications and organized strategy.

It is a bit more difficult for some users to gain control of, if they don't have the time to commit to it.

Mainly what I don't like about Total Expert is that although it is a tool that drives the creation of marketing campaigns to capture potential customers, it lacks a CRM tool to maintain perfect customer satisfaction, which generates the implementation of internal options to preserve the dedication of customers

This is really an aspect that I would like developers to take into account when executing improvements to Total Expert. One disadvantage of this service is that it is currently very difficult to obtain support support, as it is a rather slow running computer.

Total Expert is a complex software and the learning curve is extremely high, the mobile applications still require a little more work to be really useful, cost of the plans offered by Total Expert are very expensive what can be a barrier for smaller organizations to decide to buy this software finally is not a useful tool to manage documents and manage leadership

I feel that there is a limited choice of post-secure gifts available, but the company has a road map and scheme to address this matter.
